Takva osoba obi\u010dno kre\u0107e s promjenom na\u010dina \u017eivota po\u010detkom godine, u prolje\u0107e ili prije ljeta, ba\u0161 kad se sezona kupa\u0107ih kostima neumoljivo pribli\u017eava. Istodobno se pojavljuju razne promocije sokova ili biljnih <strong>detoksikacijskih lijekova, koje kao da odaju dojam jedinstvenog recepta za mr\u0161avljenje, \u010dvrsto zdravlje, a mo\u017eda i besmrtnost.<\/strong> Takvim ponudama te\u0161ko je odoljeti. Na kraju, me\u0111utim, nakon \u010di\u0161\u0107enja organizma, ostaje prazan nov\u010danik i gladno tijelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sre\u0107om, nitko od nas zapravo ne treba te dijete, tretmane i kure detoksikacije.<\/strong> Na\u0161e tijelo mo\u017ee se samo pobrinuti za uklanjanje \u0161tetnih tvari uz pomo\u0107 organa koji osiguravaju prirodnu detoksikaciju. Sjajna je vijest da uz nekoliko jednostavnih prilagodbi na\u010dina \u017eivota mo\u017eete u\u010dinkovito podr\u017eati prirodni proces detoksikacije tijela. Neke od tih \u0161tetnih tvari nastaju izravno u tijelu tijekom metaboli\u010dkih procesa, dok druge ulaze u tijelo iz vanjskog okoli\u0161a hranom, pi\u0107em ili disanjem. Jetra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetra je najva\u017eniji organ u smislu detoksikacije. Mo\u017ee detektirati otrovne tvari i razgraditi ih enzimima tako da postanu topljive u vodi i zatim se mogu izlu\u010diti putem mokra\u0107nog sustava. Jetra se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pobrinuti za vezivanje tih \u0161tetnih tvari u aminokiseline, koje se zatim na spomenuti na\u010din izbacuju iz organizma. Tijelo upotrebljava jetru da se rije\u0161i, na primjer, <strong>te\u0161kih metala, bakterija, virusa i<\/strong> <strong>drugih patogena.<\/strong> Jetra je stoga najva\u017eniji &#8220;detoksikator&#8221; tijela. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Taj organ tako\u0111er je va\u017ean za razgradnju alkohola (etanola). Bubrezi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i bubrezi filtriraju krv i osloba\u0111aju je od <strong>nusproizvoda koji nastaju, na primjer, tijekom metabolizma lijekova i drugih ne\u017eeljenih tvari.<\/strong> Oni se zatim izlu\u010duju iz tijela putem urinarnog trakta. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Probavni (gastrointestinalni) trakt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Probavni trakt <strong>odvodi veliki dio otpadnih tvari koje nastaju kao nusprodukt metabolizma.<\/strong> To tako\u0111er uklju\u010duje toksine koji mogu u\u0107i u na\u0161e tijelo iz okoli\u0161a putem teku\u0107ine ili hrane. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Limfni sustav<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Limfne \u017eile s limfom prisutne su po cijelom tijelu i brinu se za <strong>uklanjanje metaboli\u010dkog otpada, bakterija<\/strong> <strong>i drugih \u0161tetnih tvari.<\/strong> One zatim dospijevaju u limfne \u010dvorove, gdje se filtriraju u krv. Relevantni organi, poput bubrega ili jetre, tada ih hvataju i lako se uklanjanju iz tijela. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4-5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Di\u0161ni sustav<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Di\u0161ni sustav djeluje kao <strong>neka vrsta filtra za opasne tvari koje osoba mo\u017ee udahnuti.<\/strong> Nosna \u0161upljina i plu\u0107a imaju mukoidni sloj na povr\u0161ini koji slu\u017ei kao za\u0161titna barijera. Njegova je svrha sprije\u010diti prolazak pra\u0161ine i drugih stranih tvari u plu\u0107a i krvotok. Ko\u017ea<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u017ea predstavlja barijeru koja <strong>\u0161titi od ulaska virusa, bakterija i kemikalija<\/strong> u tijelo. Kad se znojite, kroz ko\u017eu se iz tijela izlu\u010duju i \u0161tetne tvari topljive u mastima. Puno je bolje stvoriti zdravije navike. <strong>Tako \u0107ete poduprijeti sve gore navedene organe koji su uklju\u010deni u uklanjanje \u0161tetnih<\/strong> <strong>tvari.<\/strong> Koji su konkretni koraci uklju\u010deni? Pa, vremenski provjerene promjene u navikama prehrane ili tjelovje\u017ebe i druge prilagodbe \u017eivotnog stila. Cilj nije imati odre\u0111enu prehranu ili otmjeni plan vje\u017ebanja od jednog do drugog dana. Bit \u0107e dovoljno ako postupno po\u010dnete raditi na pobolj\u0161anju i stvaranju novih navika. Tako \u0107ete postepeno usvojiti zdrav na\u010din \u017eivota koji \u0107e maksimalno pospje\u0161iti sposobnost organizma da se rije\u0161i \u0161tetnih tvari, odnosno detoksicira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Jedite manje prera\u0111enu hranu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad kupujete hranu, va\u017eno je provjeriti sastojke. Mo\u017eda ih nadle\u017ena tijela nadziru radi njihove zdravstvene ispravnosti, ali ako neki proizvod sadr\u017ei toliko sastojaka da je njihovo \u010ditanje dovoljno da uspava bebu, vjerojatno nisu idealan izbor. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su to visokoprera\u0111ene namirnice. One obi\u010dno sadr\u017ee visoke razine <strong>rafiniranih ugljikohidrata, jednostavnih \u0161e\u0107era, zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina (masti), soli, konzervansa, bojila, aroma i drugih tvari<\/strong> koje im daju neodoljiv okus. Sa svim tim na\u0161a se tijela moraju nositi, \u0161to vi\u0161e <strong>optere\u0107uje prirodni sustav detoksikacije.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7-8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Visokoprera\u0111ena hrana uklju\u010duje ve\u0107inu <strong>slatki\u0161a, gotova jela, instant hranu, kobasice, pr\u017eenu hranu, brzu hranu ili bijeli kruh.<\/strong> Takva hrana mo\u017ee dra\u017eiti nepce, ali jetra ne\u0107e biti toliko zadovoljna. Zbog tog razloga, va\u017eno je \u0161to vi\u0161e ograni\u010diti te namirnice u prehrani. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7-8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako smanjiti visokoprera\u0111enu hranu?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>U prehrani bi trebale dominirati osnovne namirnice<\/strong> kao \u0161to su <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-kvinoja-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u017eitarice,<\/a> krumpir, svje\u017ee meso, nezasla\u0111eni mlije\u010dni proizvodi, jaja, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/mahunarke\" class=\"ek-link\">mahunarke<\/a>, <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/orasi-i-sjemenke\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ora\u0161asti plodovi i sjemenke<\/a>, svje\u017ee vo\u0107e i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/povrce-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">povr\u0107e<\/a>. Te bi namirnice trebale \u010diniti najmanje <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/iifym-fleksibilna-prehrana-pomocu-koje-cete-sigurno-postici-svoje-ciljeve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>80 % va\u0161e prehrane.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kad kupujete hranu, <strong>provjerite sastojke<\/strong> radi jednostavnih \u0161e\u0107era, zasi\u0107enih masti, soli i aditiva. Bolje je prona\u0107i opciju koja sadr\u017ei \u0161to manje toga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zamijenite mesne prera\u0111evine<\/strong> poput kobasica, salama, mesnih konzervi i ostalih suhomesnatih proizvoda svje\u017eim mesom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zamijenite grickalice i slatki\u0161e kupljene u trgovini<\/strong> svje\u017eim vo\u0107em, ora\u0161astim plodovima ili nezasla\u0111enim mlije\u010dnim proizvodima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planirajte unaprijed<\/strong> \u0161to \u0107ete jesti i pripremajte obroke prvenstveno kod ku\u0107e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mo\u017eete pripremiti svoj omiljeni jelovnik brze hrane kod ku\u0107e od osnovnih namirnica. Tako \u0107ete imati ve\u0107u kontrolu nad kona\u010dnim sastavom obroka.
