O\u010dekuju <strong>rast snage, mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase, pobolj\u0161anje sportskih performansi,<\/strong> \u010dak i <strong>pove\u0107anje razine testosterona.<\/strong> S druge strane, podjednak je broj skeptika koji tvrde da ekdisteron nije toliko u\u010dinkovit. \u0160to moderna znanost ka\u017ee o tome?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_ekdisteron\"><\/span>\u0160to je ekdisteron?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ecdysterone-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ekdisteron<\/a> je biljni steroid koji se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ekstrahira iz biljke zvane korijen marala (<em>Rhaponticum carthamoides<\/em>). Porijeklom je iz sibirskih krajeva, gdje su lokalni stanovnici prvi primijetili njene blagotvorne u\u010dinke na fizi\u010dko i psihi\u010dko zdravlje. Ekdisteron se tako\u0111er nalazi u malim koli\u010dinama u uobi\u010dajenim namirnicama kao \u0161to su \u0161pinat i kvinoja. <strong>To je jedan od<\/strong> <strong>ekdisteroidnih hormona, koji poti\u010du rast biljaka ili<\/strong> <strong>insekata, zbog \u010dega se smatraju anaboli\u010dkim tvarima.<\/strong> Strukturom nalikuju na androgene i stoga su popularna prirodna zamjena za steroide me\u0111u sporta\u0161ima. Za razliku od anaboli\u010dkih steroida, ne moramo se brinuti o neugodnim nuspojavama kad ih rutinski uzimamo. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1\u20132]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U prirodi postoji nekoliko vrsta ekdisteroida. Me\u0111u najvi\u0161e prou\u010davanima nalazi se ekdisteron, a zatim turkesteron. A posebno sa stajali\u0161ta sporta\u0161a koji sudjeluju na natjecanjima. Za njih svaki dodatni gram mi\u0161i\u0107a ili nekoliko postotaka pobolj\u0161ana stopa oporavka mo\u017ee donijeti veliko pobolj\u0161anje njihove discipline. Mo\u017ee li ekdisteron pove\u0107ati testosteron?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimalne razine testosterona u tijelu va\u017ene su za cjelokupno mu\u0161ko zdravlje. Taj hormon tako\u0111er utje\u010de na veli\u010dinu i ukupnu snagu mi\u0161i\u0107a i kostiju. Osim toga, uklju\u010den je u pravilan rad mu\u0161kih spolnih hormona i spolno zdravlje. Optimalna razina testosterona stoga je <strong>bitna za sportsku izvedbu, odr\u017eavanje vitalnosti i zdravo tijelo. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Brojni sporta\u0161i, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e iz redova bodybuildera i natjecatelja u fitnessu, nastoje pove\u0107ati razinu testosterona do maksimuma. To im obe\u0107ava br\u017ei rast mi\u0161i\u0107a i bolju izvedbu. <strong>Ekdisteron nalikuje testosteronu po svojoj kemijskoj<\/strong> <strong>strukturi<\/strong>, stoga se \u010desto raspravlja o mogu\u0107nostima upotrebe te tvari u tom smislu. Osim toga, ne uzrokuje rizi\u010dne \u0161tetne nuspojave, kao \u0161to je slu\u010daj s primjenom sinteti\u010dkog testosterona, koji je jedno od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih sredstava za doping. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4-6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u017ealost, istra\u017eivanja koja su testirala ekdisteron u tom smislu nisu dala nikakve dramati\u010dne rezultate. To je zato \u0161to se, prema znanstvenim radovima, ta tvar ne mo\u017ee vezati za receptor testosterona i tako utjecati na njegovu razinu ili djelovanje. Me\u0111utim, dobra je vijest da stru\u010dnjaci ka\u017eu da <strong>ekdisteron mo\u017ee na neki na\u010din opona\u0161ati u\u010dinke testosterona u tijelu.<\/strong> Samo jo\u0161 nisu uspjeli opisati to\u010dan mehanizam. Ta se sposobnost ekdisterona trenutno ispituje.&nbsp; <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4-6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To zna\u010di da, ako \u017eelite pove\u0107ati ili odr\u017eati zdravu razinu testosterona u tijelu, bolje je okrenuti se provjerenijim dodacima prehrani.<span style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [7-10]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje tvari mogu pospje\u0161iti zdravu razinu testosterona?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/cink-100-tab-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Cink<\/strong><\/a> je potreban za proizvodnju testosterona, ali i za odr\u017eavanje normalne razine u krvi, kao i za druge stvari.<\/li><li><strong><a aria-label=\"DAA (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/daa-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">DAA<\/a><\/strong> ili D-asparaginska kiselina aminokiselina je koja igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u samom procesu proizvodnje testosterona u tijelu.<\/li><li><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/piskavica-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Piskavica<\/strong><\/a> sadr\u017ei steroidne saponine koji se prou\u010davaju zbog obe\u0107avaju\u0107eg potencijala za pove\u0107anje razine testosterona. U jednom istra\u017eivanju primije\u0107eno je pove\u0107anje ukupne razine testosterona od 12 % u odnosu na po\u010detne vrijednosti. Ali u slu\u010daju te biljke potrebno je vi\u0161e istra\u017eivanja kako bi se potvrdili njeni u\u010dinci.<\/li><li><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/tribulus-terrestris-120tbl-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Tribulus Terrestris<\/strong><\/a> ekstrakt je gospine trave koji tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei aktivne saponine, uglavnom protodioscin.
