Put it in boiling <strong>salted water<\/strong> and cook according to the instructions so that it is al dente (firm to the bite). When they are ready, don&#8217;t forget to pour some of the water from the cooked pasta into a cup, it can be used to thin the sauce. Then start <strong>preparing the meat.<\/strong> Cut the meat into smaller cubes and season with <strong>salt and pepper.<\/strong> <strong>Heat the <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">oil<\/a><\/strong> in a deep-frying pan (you can use <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pure-ghee-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">ghee<\/a>&nbsp;instead) and fry the meat in it. When it is done, put it aside in a bowl and start preparing the sauce. <strong>Finely chop the garlic<\/strong> and lightly fry it in the pan in which you prepared the meat. Then add the <strong>cream, Dijon mustard and coarsely grated Parmesan cheese.<\/strong> Then add the <strong>spinach, cooked pasta and meat<\/strong> to the pan.
