It is a method of preparation in which you put all the ingredients in a hot pan with oil and quickly saut\u00e9 them to make them <strong>crunchy.<\/strong> Sounds simple, right? The hardest part is deciding which ingredients to use for your stir-fry. We went for a vegan option this time and used tofu as a main ingredient. We also added vegetables and mushrooms, which give the dish an unmistakable flavour. Cut it into smaller cubes. Slice <strong>zucchini, mushrooms and onion<\/strong> into thin slices. Peel <strong>carrots<\/strong> and cut them into thin slices. Next, heat a <strong>pan with<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>oil<\/strong><\/a> and fry the <strong>mushrooms, tofu, onions and carrots<\/strong> in it. After a while, add <strong>zucchini, snow peas<\/strong> and <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>coconut sugar<\/strong><\/a>. The vegetables should still be <strong>crisp.<\/strong> And you are done.
