Spolehlivou diagnostiku prov\u00e1d\u00ed ortoped nebo fyzioterapeut. L\u00e9\u010dba zahrnuje protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, ultrazvukovou nebo laserovou terapii a rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed. Doba l\u00e9\u010dby se pohybuje mezi <strong>6 m\u011bs\u00edci a 2 roky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rizikov\u00fdmi skupinami jsou tenist\u00e9, golfist\u00e9, hr\u00e1\u010di badmintonu a squashe, vzp\u011bra\u010di, \u0159emesln\u00edci, hudebn\u00edci a osoby pracuj\u00edc\u00ed na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di. Tato onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nepostihuj\u00ed jen sportovce, pouze u <strong>5 %<\/strong> pacient\u016f s tenisov\u00fdm loktem bylo p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou hran\u00ed tenisu. Prevence spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v pravideln\u00e9m protahov\u00e1n\u00ed a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a p\u0159edlokt\u00ed <strong>2\u20133kr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vhodn\u00e9 cviky zahrnuj\u00ed <strong>vis na hrazd\u011b<\/strong> nebo <strong>ch\u016fzi se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed<\/strong> (farmers carry). Osoby pracuj\u00edc\u00ed na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko vzniku ergonomickou kl\u00e1vesnic\u00ed a my\u0161\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s ani nenapadlo, \u017ee by se mohlo jednat o tenisov\u00fd nebo golfov\u00fd loket, t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161, pokud nepat\u0159\u00edte mezi v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00e9 sportovce. <strong>Tato onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu toti\u017e nepostihuj\u00ed pouze aktivn\u00ed jedince, ale tak\u00e9 nesportuj\u00edc\u00ed populaci.<\/strong> Zp\u016fsobuje je jednostrann\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kter\u00e1 se objevuje p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci, sportu, ale tak\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed v dom\u00e1cnosti. V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se dozv\u00edte, co p\u0159esn\u011b stoj\u00ed za vznikem tenisov\u00e9ho \u010di golfov\u00e9ho lokte a jak tomu nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159edch\u00e1zet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_to_tenisovy_loket\"><\/span>Co je to tenisov\u00fd loket?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s si pod pojmem tenisov\u00fd loket m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i n\u011bm k posti\u017een\u00ed a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m \u00faponov\u00fdch \u0161lach p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, <\/strong>pomoc\u00ed kter\u00fdch se svaly p\u0159ichycuj\u00ed ke kostem. Nej\u010dast\u011bji vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i opakovan\u00e9m pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a p\u0159edlokt\u00ed k<strong> oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed, uchopov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo kroucen\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed. <\/strong>Snadno se tak zam\u011b\u0148uje s tenisov\u00fdm loktem.
