Then wait until you taste this homemade burger, you won&#8217;t want any other. Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, crushed garlic, smoked paprika,&nbsp;<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a><strong> and <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>pepper<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Shape this mixture into 3 patties. Heat a frying pan with some oil (ideally <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/sprej-na-vareni-canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>spray oil<\/strong><\/a>) and <strong>sear&nbsp;the meat patties until golden brown<\/strong> on both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have the meat ready, start<strong> preparing the dressing.<\/strong> Place the <strong>yoghurt, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper<\/strong> to taste in a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. In another bowl, mash the avocado and add <strong>lemon juice, salt or ground pepper<\/strong> to taste. This will make a lovely green spread. Then you can start preparing the burger buns. Cut the buns in half lengthwise (you can dry roast them in a frying pan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And you can then start <strong>making the burgers.<\/strong> Spread the bottom half with <strong>yogurt dressing,<\/strong> the top half with <strong>avocado spread.<\/strong> Next, place a handful of <strong>rocket<\/strong> on the bottom, put the meat on top, then a few slices of tomato, a few onion rings and cover with the top of the bun covered with the avocado spread. And you&#8217;re done.
