Mo\u017en\u00e1 i vy sami na nich tr\u00e1v\u00edte n\u011bkolik hodin denn\u011b. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zn\u00e1te n\u011bkoho, komu prst roluje novinkami v online prostoru u\u017e i ze sp\u00e1nku. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia jsou sice dobr\u00fdm sluhou, ale nic by se nem\u011blo p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt. Pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dne vyu\u017e\u00edvat na <strong>zabit\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 voln\u00e9 chv\u00edle a cel\u00e9 to postupn\u011b p\u0159er\u016fst\u00e1 i na dobu povinnost\u00ed, asi to nen\u00ed moc v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemluv\u011b o tom, \u017ee na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch m\u016f\u017eeme <strong>realitu vn\u00edmat zkreslen\u00fdm dojmem. <\/strong>V\u0161ude se na n\u00e1s toti\u017e hrne pouze pozl\u00e1tko, se kter\u00fdm pak porovn\u00e1v\u00e1me sv\u016fj re\u00e1ln\u00fd \u017eivot, co\u017e ne v\u017edy kon\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00edmi my\u0161lenkami. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b podle n\u011bj pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a\u017e <strong>58,4 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace, <\/strong>co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch <strong>4,62 miliardy lid\u00ed. <\/strong>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b jsme na nich byli aktivn\u00ed zhruba <strong>2 hodiny a 27 minut ka\u017ed\u00fd den <\/strong>s t\u00edm, \u017ee toto \u010d\u00edslo rok od roku roste. Videoport\u00e1l byl podle webu Statista druhou nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed v roce 2021. Naopak nejstahovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm byl <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@gymbeam.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">TikTok<\/a>, kter\u00fd se i nad\u00e1le t\u011b\u0161\u00ed rostouc\u00ed popularit\u011b. Za technikou nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho scrollov\u00e1n\u00ed stoj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159 Aza Raskin, kter\u00fd ji poprv\u00e9 uk\u00e1zal sv\u011btu v roce 2006. Jeho c\u00edlem bylo <strong>zjednodu\u0161it u\u017eivatelsk\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek<\/strong> na oby\u010dejn\u00fd pohyb palce shora dol\u016f, ani\u017e by v\u00e1s konzumace obsahu vyru\u0161ovala klik\u00e1n\u00edm na dal\u0161\u00ed str\u00e1nky. Raskin sice neskr\u00fdval u\u0161lechtil\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br, ale s odstupem \u010dasu se pro mnoh\u00e9 ze scrollov\u00e1n\u00ed stala z\u00e1vislost. Stejn\u011b v\u0161ak p\u0159istupujeme tak\u00e9 k soci\u00e1ln\u00edm s\u00edt\u00edm, kde b\u011bhem <strong>nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho scrollov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 mozek zkou\u0161\u00ed hledat \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, resp. chemickou reakci, kter\u00e1 v n\u011bm uvoln\u00ed dopamin. <\/strong>Kdy\u017e nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nic, co by mozek uspokojilo, m\u00e1me tendenci pokra\u010dovat. Ve v\u00fdsledku se tak m\u016f\u017eeme st\u00e1t \u201ez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi\u201c a st\u00e1le sah\u00e1me po sv\u00fdch telefonech. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le nem\u00e1me telefon v ruce, <strong>t\u00edm v\u00edce kortizolu se v na\u0161em t\u011ble uvoln\u00ed. <\/strong>V\u00fdsledkem jeho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny je <strong>stres a neklid, <\/strong>kter\u00fd chceme zahnat n\u011bjakou odm\u011bnou. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je to pr\u00e1v\u011b telefon, kter\u00fd naopak pom\u016f\u017ee doc\u00edlit uspokojen\u00ed d\u00edky<strong> dopaminu. <\/strong>A tak jsme v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m kruhu t\u011bchto dvou hormon\u016f. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[15]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to podobn\u00fd princip, jako hran\u00ed automat\u016f v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e zakusil sladk\u00fd pocit v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd v jeho t\u011ble uvolnil dopamin. Podobn\u00fd pocit za l\u00e9ta hran\u00ed u\u017e za\u017eilo mnoho gambler\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to je <strong>poh\u00e1n\u00ed op\u011bt k dal\u0161\u00ed h\u0159e.<\/strong> Kdy\u017e se jim neda\u0159\u00ed ve druh\u00e9m kole, doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee s ka\u017edou dal\u0161\u00ed hrou se to zm\u011bn\u00ed.
