V eni \u0161tudiji so opazili 12% pove\u010danje ravni skupnega testosterona v primerjavi z izhodi\u0161\u010dnimi vrednostmi. Pri tem telo popravlja, obnavlja in gradi mi\u0161i\u010dno maso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anaboli\u010dni u\u010dinki turkesterona so bili potrjeni v \u0161tudijah na \u017eivalih in tudi in vitro (na vzorcu v laboratoriju). Po naknadni laboratorijski analizi je dodatek ekdisteroidov namesto 100 mg vseboval le <strong>6 mg aktivne sestavine<\/strong>, kar po njihovem mnenju ni dovolj za tako velik u\u010dinek na rast mi\u0161ic. Poleg tega je bila telesna sestava merjena z <strong>bioimpedanco<\/strong>, ki za znanstvene namene ni dovolj natan\u010dna. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[11-12]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po drugi strani pa so bile na ekdisteronu opravljene tudi druge \u0161tudije, ki niso potrdile njegovih pozitivnih u\u010dinkov na rast mi\u0161ic. <strong>V eni od njih so \u0161portniki za mo\u010d osem tednov dnevno jemali 200 mg, 800 mg ali 1000 mg ekdisterona<\/strong>. V nobeni od skupin raziskovalci niso opazili sprememb v ravni testosterona, sposobnostih za mo\u010d ali telesni sestavi. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V naslednji \u0161tudiji so preu\u010devali u\u010dinek te snovi na pove\u010danje sinteze mi\u0161i\u010dnih beljakovin (MPS) pri mi\u0161ih. Pozitivnih sprememb pri nastajanju mi\u0161i\u010dne mase takrat niso opazili.
