To sa u\u017e teraz mnoh\u00ed z nich sna\u017eia dosiahnu\u0165 u\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm turkester\u00f3nu. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee t\u00e1to l\u00e1tka <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 synt\u00e9zu svalov\u00fdch bielkov\u00edn (MPS \u2013 Muscle Protein Synthesis)<\/strong>. Suplement s ekdysteroidmi pod\u013ea n\u00e1slednej laborat\u00f3rnej anal\u00fdzy obsahoval <strong>namiesto 100 mg len 6 mg \u00fa\u010dinnej l\u00e1tky<\/strong>, \u010do pod\u013ea nich nie je dosta\u010duj\u00face pre v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed efekt na rast svalovej hmoty. Ani u jednej skupiny vedci <strong>nezaznamenali zmeny v hladine testoster\u00f3nu, silov\u00fdch schopnostiach alebo zlo\u017een\u00ed tela<\/strong>. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010fal\u0161om sa sk\u00famal \u00fa\u010dinok tejto l\u00e1tky na zv\u00fd\u0161enie synt\u00e9zy svalov\u00fdch bielkov\u00edn (MPS) u my\u0161\u00ed. Neboli tu pozorovan\u00e9 pozit\u00edvne zmeny v tvorbe svalovej hmoty.
