For now, put the tofu aside and add&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">one tbsp of oil<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;to the pan again.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fry<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;the finely chopped&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">onion.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Next, add finely&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">chopped garlic and sliced carrots<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fry<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;everything for about&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5 minutes.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Also, add frozen peas or edamame (let it defrost at room temperature or in the microwave),&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">cooked quinoa, soy sauce, and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-maple-syrup-gymbeam.html\">maple syrup<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Stir everything and fry for a while.
