V jedn\u00e9 studii bylo dokonce pozorov\u00e1no <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny celkov\u00e9ho testosteronu o 12 %<\/strong> oproti v\u00fdchoz\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m. R\u016fst svalov\u00e9 hmoty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed svaly, a to bez n\u00e1mahy a vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f anabolick\u00fdch steroid\u016f, je snem nejen v\u011bt\u0161iny kulturist\u016f, ale i b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f posiloven. Toho se ji\u017e te\u010f \u0159ada z nich sna\u017e\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm turkesteronu. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee tato l\u00e1tka <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it synt\u00e9zu svalov\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin (MPS \u2013 Muscle Protein Synthesis).<\/strong> P\u0159i tom v t\u011ble doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oprav\u011b, p\u0159estavb\u011b i budov\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anabolick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky turkesteronu byly potvrzeny ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech, ale tak\u00e9 in vitro (na vzorku v laborato\u0159i). U n\u011bj v\u011bdci pozorovali<strong> zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed procesu tvorby svalov\u00e9 hmoty o 20 %.<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2, 11\u201312]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u016fsobiv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky p\u0159inesla tak\u00e9 studie z roku 2019. Jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci byli rozd\u011bleni do 3 skupin s t\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich u\u017e\u00edvala jin\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ekdysteroid\u016f (ekdysteronu).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Po 10 t\u00fddnech skupina <\/strong>u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vku<strong> (800 mg) p\u0159ibrala 2 kg sval\u016f.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u00ed dos\u00e1hla skupina u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed<strong> nejmen\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vku (200 mg) svalov\u00e9ho r\u016fstu<\/strong> <strong>1,6 kg<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nejmen\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst svalov\u00e9 hmoty zaznamenali \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci s placebem.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina odborn\u00edk\u016f se ale k t\u00e9to studii vyjad\u0159uje <strong>skepticky.<\/strong> Suplement s ekdysteroidy podle n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy obsahoval <strong>m\u00edsto 100 mg pouh\u00fdch 6 mg \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong>, co\u017e podle nich nen\u00ed dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pro tak velk\u00fd efekt na r\u016fst svalov\u00e9 hmoty. Nav\u00edc se slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla m\u011b\u0159ilo pomoc\u00ed bioimpedance, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed pro v\u011bdeck\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e1.&nbsp; <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[11\u201312]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu existuj\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed studie, kter\u00e9 byly rovn\u011b\u017e provedeny s ekdysteronem, a ty jeho pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na r\u016fst svalov\u00e9 hmoty nepotvrdily. V jedn\u00e9 z nich u\u017e\u00edvali silov\u011b cvi\u010d\u00edc\u00ed mu\u017ei po dobu 8 t\u00fddn\u016f 200 mg, 800 mg nebo 1000 mg ekdysteronu denn\u011b. Ani u jedn\u00e9 skupiny v\u011bdci <strong>nezaznamenali \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zm\u011bny v hladin\u011b testosteronu, silov\u00fdch schopnostech nebo slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla.<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed se pak zkoumal \u00fa\u010dinek t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed synt\u00e9zy svalov\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin (MPS) u my\u0161\u00ed. U nich pak nebyly pozorov\u00e1ny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny v tvorb\u011b svalov\u00e9 hmoty. Dokonce p\u0159i spole\u010dn\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s leucinem do\u0161lo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed anabolick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku leucinu. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[14]&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky z n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00ed sice p\u016fsob\u00ed slibn\u011b, ale pak jsou tady i dal\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161ly s opa\u010dn\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm. Na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b si tak zat\u00edm nedok\u00e1\u017eeme ud\u011blat definitivn\u011b jasn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry. V sou\u010dasnosti je kvalitn\u00edch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by prok\u00e1zaly, nebo vyvr\u00e1tily anabolick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek turkesteronu, nedostatek. Pokud je na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem r\u016fst svalov\u00e9 hmoty,<strong> st\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1kladem je dob\u0159e sestaven\u00fd tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd a suplementa\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed principu progresivn\u00edho p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a dostate\u010dn\u00fd odpo\u010dinek.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komplexn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu ale mohou b\u00fdt i v\u011bdecky dostate\u010dn\u011b a prozat\u00edm nedostate\u010dn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky stravy.
