De multe ori elimin\u0103 din diet\u0103 grupuri \u00eentregi de alimente pe care le percep ca nes\u0103n\u0103toase sau d\u0103un\u0103toare. Acestea pot include zah\u0103rul, p\u00e2ine sau alte produse din cereale, gr\u0103simea, carnea sau produsele lactate.
