U njihovom slu\u010daju bezazleno mr\u0161avljenje \u010desto postaje prioritet broj jedan, \u0161to mo\u017ee ozbiljno ugroziti fizi\u010dko i psihi\u010dko zdravlje. Ne postoji samo jedna vrsta poreme\u0107aja u prehrani, ve\u0107 nekolicina. Svaki od njih ima svoje specifi\u010dnosti, zbog \u010dega je va\u017eno razumjeti vrste i uzroke najpoznatijih. Dobro je prepoznati upozoravaju\u0107e znakove poreme\u0107aja u ranoj fazi i \u0161to prije potra\u017eiti stru\u010dnu pomo\u0107 kako bi se sprije\u010dili ozbiljni problemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_poremecaj_u_prehrani\"><\/span>\u0160to je poreme\u0107aj u prehrani?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poreme\u0107aj u prehrani (PP) nije samo odbijanje jela zbog \u017eelje za mr\u0161avljenjem ili tinejd\u017eerski hir koji se pojavljuje od danas na sutra. Mo\u017ee po\u010deti bezazlenim gubitkom nekoliko dodatnih kilograma koji na kraju izmakne kontroli. Oni \u010dine sve kako bi na neki na\u010din radili na svojoj figuri koju \u010desto povezuju s ve\u0107im zadovoljstvom, sre\u0107om i dru\u0161tvenim statusom. Imaju ogromna o\u010dekivanja od sebe i jo\u0161 uvijek \u017eele posti\u0107i svoj ideal ljepote iz snova. Nakon prvog uspjeha dolaze komplimenti i ugodna pa\u017enja koja takvu osobu samo jo\u0161 vi\u0161e uvjerava da radi kako treba. I tako jo\u0161 vi\u0161e smanjuju unos hrane i po\u010dinju vi\u0161e vje\u017ebati. Smatraju da je to jedini na\u010din za postizanje ciljeva. No stvari mogu izma\u0107i kontroli i takva osoba se mo\u017ee vrlo lako i brzo na\u0107i u ru\u017enom svijetu poreme\u0107aja u prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Stvarni uzrok PP vrlo je te\u0161ko otkriti. Ne mo\u017ee to biti samo mr\u0161avljenje, jer mnogi ljudi kroz to prolaze svaki dan i uglavnom to i ne bude toliki problem. <strong>Brojni su \u010dimbenici koji mogu biti potencijalni okida\u010di.<\/strong> Neki su ukorijenjeni u ne\u010dijem neposrednom okru\u017eenju, a drugi po\u010dinju u njihovoj vlastitoj glavi. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4-5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji su faktori rizika za poreme\u0107aje u prehrani?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarni uzrok PP mo\u017ee biti povijest pridr\u017eavanja razli\u010ditih dijeta, \u017eelja da se bude najbolji u svemu ili \u017eelja za pobolj\u0161anjem sportskih performansi, posebno u disciplinama s jakim naglaskom na izgled i estetiku. Ali popis jo\u0161 ni izdaleka nije gotov. Biolo\u0161ki, psiholo\u0161ki i dru\u0161tveni \u010dimbenici tako\u0111er mogu igrati ulogu u nastanku poreme\u0107aja u prehrani. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4-5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Biolo\u0161ki \u010dimbenici koji mogu dovesti do poreme\u0107aja u prehrani<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ako u va\u0161em neposrednom okru\u017eenju imate osobu s PP ili drugom mentalnom bole\u0161\u0107u:<\/strong> ako va\u0161 roditelj, brat ili sestra ili drugi bliski ro\u0111ak pati od mentalnog poreme\u0107aja, pove\u0107ava se rizik od razvoja ovih bolesti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i poreme\u0107aje u prehrani.<\/li><li><strong>Iskustvo s brojnim dijetama:<\/strong> PP se \u010desto javlja kod ljudi koji su u pro\u0161losti ve\u0107 pro\u0161li niz dijeta s ciljem promjene figure. To je zato \u0161to ih pro\u0161li neuspjesi mogu dovesti do ekstremnih dijeta i pristupa.<\/li><li><strong>Stalni kalorijski deficit:<\/strong> ljudi koji imaju dugoro\u010dno ve\u0107u potro\u0161nju energije od njezinog unosa tako\u0111er su pod pove\u0107anim rizikom od razvoja PP. Psiholo\u0161ki \u010dimbenici koji mogu dovesti do poreme\u0107aja u prehrani<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u017delja da se bude savr\u0161en\/a:<\/strong> Pretjerani, \u010desto nerealni zahtjevi i o\u010dekivanja od sebe. Ako se trebate pobolj\u0161ati u ne\u010demu, poku\u0161aj mr\u0161avljenja ili promjena figure mo\u017ee postati alat za postizanje va\u0161ih ciljeva.<\/li><li><strong>Nezadovoljstvo vlastitom figurom:<\/strong> Nezadovoljstvo svojim izgledom tako\u0111er mo\u017ee utjecati na va\u0161e samopo\u0161tovanje. Naru\u0161eno samopo\u0161tovanje tada mo\u017ee izazvati psiholo\u0161ke probleme, uklju\u010duju\u0107i nezdrave odnose prema hrani i druge simptome PP.<\/li><li><strong>Problemi s mentalnim zdravljem:<\/strong> neki ljudi s PP imaju simptome anksioznosti, socijalne fobije ili opsesivno-kompulzivnog poreme\u0107aja prije nego im se dijagnosticiraju.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dru\u0161tveni \u010dimbenici koji mogu dovesti do poreme\u0107aja u prehrani<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kult vitkosti:<\/strong> osobe vitke figure op\u0107enito se smatraju uspje\u0161nijim i sretnijima u dru\u0161tvu. To je i razlog za\u0161to mr\u0161avljenjem poku\u0161avamo pobolj\u0161ati svoj dru\u0161tveni status i presti\u017e. To se mo\u017ee dogoditi i u stvarnom \u017eivotu i na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama.<\/li><li><strong>Dru\u0161tvena izolacija:<\/strong> ograni\u010den kontakt s vanjskim svijetom, usamljenost, nedostatak prijatelja i ljudi koji su zainteresirani za nas mogu biti jo\u0161 jedan od razloga za razvoj PP. Stoga pomo\u0107u PP osoba mo\u017ee zahtijevati pa\u017enju koju ina\u010de ne dobiva.<\/li><li><strong>Sportovi i aktivnosti koji imaju odre\u0111ene estetske zahtjeve:<\/strong> ako svoje vrijeme provodite bave\u0107i se aktivnostima u kojima izgled ili tjelesna te\u017eina igraju veliku ulogu, automatski imate ve\u0107i rizik od razvoja PP. Vitka figura se obi\u010dno povezuje s ve\u0107im uspjehom u tim slu\u010dajevima. Me\u0111utim, prema mi\u0161ljenju stru\u010dnjaka, ove statistike su znatno podcijenjene. Mnogi slu\u010dajevi mo\u017eda ne\u0107e ni do\u0107i do lije\u010dnika koji \u0107e dijagnosticirati PP. Slu\u017ebena kategorizacija poma\u017ee u dijagnostici poreme\u0107aja u prehrani. Me\u0111utim, postoje i drugi nespecificirani problemi koji na mnogo na\u010dina nalikuju ovim bolestima. A ni njih ne\u0107emo izostaviti iz na\u0161eg pregleda.<span style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [11-13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Definiranje_poremecaja_u_prehrani\"><\/span>Definiranje poreme\u0107aja u prehrani<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Anoreksija <em>(anorexia nervosa)<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anoreksija je vjerojatno najpoznatiji poreme\u0107aj prehrane. Anoreksija je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i poreme\u0107aj kod kojeg <strong>ljudi ne jedu.<\/strong> Osobe koje pate od ovog poreme\u0107aja uspijevaju pojesti samo jednu jabuku dnevno, a nekoliko dana uop\u0107e ne jedu. To je u mnogim slu\u010dajevima popra\u0107eno velikim utro\u0161kom energije kroz vje\u017ebanje i kretanje. Obi\u010dno se poku\u0161avaju po svaku cijenu pridr\u017eavati vrlo restriktivnog plana prehrane i vje\u017ebanja koji su sami izradili. Sve to onda dovodi do intenzivnog kalorijskog deficita i zna\u010dajnog gubitka te\u017eine. Nedovoljna tjelesna te\u017eina je tada jedan od kriterija za procjenu prisutnosti poreme\u0107aja anorexia nervosa. Ako je nema u anamnezi, bolest se naziva <strong>atipi\u010dna anoreksija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strah od debljanja, \u017eelja za odr\u017eavanjem niske kila\u017ee i iskrivljena percepcija vlastitog tijela<\/strong> tako\u0111er se \u010desto pridonose ograni\u010denju unosa hrane. Ljudi oko tih osoba mogu ih do\u017eivjeti kao dovoljno vitke, ali osoba i dalje vidi nedostatke u sebi. Naprimjer, mogu percipirati svoja bedra kao preglomazna, iako je objektivno to\u010dno upravo suprotno. Anoreksi\u010dari obi\u010dno ne priznaju da imaju problem koji bi mogao na\u0161tetiti njihovom zdravlju. Ove strategije koriste ljudi s bulimijom kako bi sprije\u010dili debljanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se napadi prejedanja u sprezi s kompenzacijskim pona\u0161anjem ponavljaju barem jednom tjedno tijekom tri mjeseca, radi se o bulimiji. Ako se javlja rje\u0111e, <strong>problem se naziva atipi\u010dna bulimija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobe s bulimijom mogu pojesti veliku koli\u010dinu bilo koje hrane u kratkom vremenu. Oni tako\u0111er mogu do\u017eivjeti <strong>ekstremne promjene u svojoj prehrani.<\/strong> Nekim danima jedu samo niskokalori\u010dnu hranu poput vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a, nemasnog mesa ili nemasnih mlije\u010dnih proizvoda koje zatim zamjenjuju velikim porcijama &#8216;zabranjene&#8217; hrane poput slatki\u0161a ili brze hrane. Taj se prijelaz tada do\u017eivljava kao neuspjeh, pra\u0107en krivnjom. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2, 11-13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Poreme\u0107aj kompulzivnog prejedanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i kod bulimije, kompulzivno prejedanje karakteriziraju<strong> epizode velikog unosa hrane tijekom kratkog vremenskog razdoblja.<\/strong> Ovo pona\u0161anje tada je popra\u0107eno osje\u0107ajem krivnje, neuspjeha, razo\u010daranja i gubitka kontrole. Me\u0111utim, kompenzacijska pona\u0161anja \u010desto izostaju. Ako se to ponavlja barem jednom tjedno tijekom tri mjeseca, to je kompulzivno prejedanje. Ako se javlja rje\u0111e, problem se naziva <strong>atipi\u010dno kompulzivno prejedanje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za osobe koje pate od kompulzivnog prejedanja karakteristi\u010dno je da jedu br\u017ee i ve\u0107e porcije nego ina\u010de. Me\u0111utim, osobe s ovim stanjem ne izbjegavaju uobi\u010dajenu hranu i stoga mo\u017eda ne\u0107e pokazivati znakove pothranjenosti. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[11,14]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj se problem \u010desto dijagnosticira tek kada konzumacija nekog predmeta uzrokuje zdravstvene probleme i ljudi tra\u017ee lije\u010dni\u010dku pomo\u0107. Ina\u010de, mo\u017ee biti skrivena za sve osim za osobu koja je pogo\u0111ena time. No, ve\u0107i problem nastaje kada je bolest dio drugog PP. Osobe s drugim mentalnim bolestima ili intelektualnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama posebno su ugro\u017eene. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[11,14]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sindrom ili poreme\u0107aj ruminacije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je bolest koju karakterizira <strong>vra\u0107anje \u017eelu\u010danog sadr\u017eaja natrag u usta<\/strong> i njegovo ponovno \u017evakanje, gutanje ili pljuvanje. To se \u010desto doga\u0111a nehotice i bez napora. To se doga\u0111a bez boli ili mu\u010dnine i nije povezano s gastrointestinalnom bole\u0161\u0107u ili drugim poreme\u0107ajima prehrane. Nespecifi\u010dni poreme\u0107aji u prehrani<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi uvjeti ne zadovoljavaju potrebne kriterije za dijagnozu gore navedenog. Me\u0111utim, to svakako ne umanjuje njihovu ozbiljnost. Osim atipi\u010dnog poreme\u0107aja anorexia nervosa, bulimije i kompulzivnog prejedanja, oni tako\u0111er uklju\u010duju i purgativni poreme\u0107aj. Potonje je <strong>karakterizirano ponavljanom primjenom laksativa, diuretika i izazvanim povra\u0107anjem kako bi se utjecalo na tjelesnu te\u017einu.<\/strong> Za razliku od bulimije, nedostaje prethodna povijest prekomjernog unosa hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovu skupinu spada i <strong>sindrom no\u0107nog jedenja, koji uklju\u010duje prejedanje nakon ve\u010dere ili jedenje usred no\u0107i.<\/strong> To onda mo\u017ee poremetiti san i dovesti do debljanja, \u010dak i do pretilosti. Tako\u0111er je tipi\u010dno za ljude koji do\u017eive to da prvi obrok u danu imaju kasnije tijekom dana. [11,12,15]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Izbjegavaju\u0107i restriktivni poreme\u0107aj unosa hrane (ARFID)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobe s ovim poreme\u0107ajem nisu zabrinute za svoju perecepciju tijela ili oko gubitka te\u017eine. Umjesto toga, <strong>izbjegavaju odre\u0111ene namirnice ili cijele grupe namirnica zbog njihovog okusa, konzistencije, izgleda ili temperature.<\/strong> Mo\u017ee se pojaviti kao posljedica nekog negativnog iskustva u pro\u0161losti (gu\u0161enje odre\u0111enom hranom ili probavne smetnje nakon jela).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strah od odre\u0111ene hrane mo\u017ee izazvati osje\u0107aj tjeskobe i straha.<\/strong> Zbog toga osoba \u010desto mo\u017ee imati vrlo ograni\u010denu prehranu koju zbog prisutnog osje\u0107aja straha nije u mogu\u0107nosti pro\u0161iriti. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[11,14]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/iStock-1077809152-1124x750.jpg\" alt=\"\u0160to je restriktivni poreme\u0107aj unosa hrane?\" class=\"wp-image-346824\" width=\"843\" height=\"563\" title=\"\u0160to je restriktivni poreme\u0107aj unosa hrane?\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nespecificna_stanja_povezana_s_hranom\"><\/span>Nespecifi\u010dna stanja povezana s hranom<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ti poreme\u0107aji slu\u017ebeno nisu poreme\u0107aji u prehrani, vrlo su bliski po prirodi. Oni su povezani s brojnim zdravstvenim rizicima i stoga ih ne treba zaboraviti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Bigoreksija (mi\u0161i\u0107na dismorfija)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bigoreksija je tako\u0111er poznata kao Adonisov kompleks i smatra se suprotno\u0161\u0107u od anoreksije. To je psihi\u010dki poreme\u0107aj koji se \u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja kod mu\u0161karaca. Poput anoreksije, karakterizira je <strong>iskrivljena percepcija vlastitog tijela<\/strong>. Razlika je, me\u0111utim, u tome \u0161to osobe s bigoreksijom sebe do\u017eivljavaju <strong>premalenim, slabim i neadekvatne mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase.<\/strong> To poku\u0161avaju nadoknaditi satima vje\u017ebanja u teretani i pove\u0107anim unosom energije. Oni jednostavno \u010dine sve \u0161to mogu da napumpaju mi\u0161i\u0107e. I iako uspiju, jo\u0161 uvijek nisu zadovoljni svojim izgledom, \u0161to mo\u017ee potaknuti depresivne misli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vjerojatno ne \u010dudi da se ovaj problem<strong> javlja uglavnom me\u0111u bodybuilderima.<\/strong> Prema studijama, vi\u0161e od <strong>50 % pojedinaca (i mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena) koji se natje\u010du u amaterskom i profesionalnom bodybuildingu pati od bigoreksije.<\/strong> U tim slu\u010dajevima, na\u017ealost, upotreba anaboli\u010dkih steroida za rast mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase nije iznimka. Ponekad se naziva i <strong>opsesijom zdravom prehranom.<\/strong> Karakterizira ju <strong>kompulzivna potreba da se jede samo &#8216;zdrava&#8217; ili &#8216;\u010dista&#8217; hrana,<\/strong> \u0161to osobi s ovim stanjem daje osje\u0107aj kontrole nad svojim zdravljem. Nakon konzumiranja bilo koje &#8216;zabranjene&#8217; hrane, javlja se krivnja i tjeskoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobe s ortoreksijom <strong>jede samo ono \u0161to smatra prikladnim<\/strong> i stoga mo\u017ee imati vrlo ograni\u010den izbor hrane. \u010cesto iz svoje prehrane eliminiraju cijele skupine namirnica koje smatraju nezdravim ili \u0161tetnim. To mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati \u0161e\u0107er, kruh ili druge proizvode od \u017eitarica, masno\u0107e, meso ili mlije\u010dne proizvode. \u0160to je situacija ozbiljnija, ostaje manje hrane koja se smatra dovoljno dobrom i zdravom za jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To obi\u010dno rezultira <strong>nedostatkom odre\u0111enih hranjivih tvari<\/strong> (<a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/5-upozoravajucih-znakova-da-ne-unosite-dovoljno-proteina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">proteini<\/a>, ugljikohidrati, masti, <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/potpuni-vodic-za-vitamine-cemu-sluze-kako-znati-kad-vam-ih-nedostaje-i-koliko-ih-uzimati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vitamini<\/a>, minerali), \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do zdravstvenih problema. No, to nije sve, jer se ti problemi potom na razne na\u010dine prenose u funkcioniranje me\u0111uljudskih odnosa i sportske performanse.<\/strong> Op\u0107enito, kvaliteta \u017eivota je smanjena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Koje su posljedice poreme\u0107aja u prehrani na va\u0161e tjelesno zdravlje?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hrana osigurava ne samo energiju nego i va\u017ene mikronutrijente<\/strong> poput vitamina, minerala i drugih biolo\u0161ki aktivnih sastojaka s pozitivnim djelovanjem na organizam. Ako tijelu nedostaje ne\u0161to od toga dulje vrijeme, ono ne mo\u017ee ispravno funkcionirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Te posljedice i utjecaji mogu varirati od jednog do drugog PP.<\/strong> U slu\u010daju nedovoljnog unosa energije, u tijelu se javljaju mehanizmi prilagodbe koji mu poma\u017eu da u\u0161tedi \u0161to vi\u0161e energije.
