We prepared the cream from curd cheese packed with protein and coconut, which will bring another dimension to the Swiss roll. And, of course, the <strong>chocolate coating<\/strong> couldn&#8217;t be missing! The roasted pieces of coconut on the surface are then just a cherry on top that will raise it to an even higher level. Add a <strong>pinch of <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\">salt<\/a><\/strong> to the egg whites and whisk until <strong>solid.<\/strong> Pour <strong>50 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\">xylitol<\/a><\/strong> into the egg yolks, add a tablespoon of lukewarm water and whisk until you get a <strong>creamy foam.<\/strong> Then add <strong>sifted <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\">flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\">cocoa<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-wolfberry.html\">baking powder<\/a><\/strong> and mix with a spatula. Finally, carefully add the whipped egg whites. Now that the dough is ready, pour it into a large baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then place the baking sheet with the dough in an <strong>oven preheated to 180 \u00b0C and bake for about 10\u201315 minutes.<\/strong> After baking, carefully take a plate of dough, remove the baking paper and transfer it to a clean, damp cloth while still hot. Roll the dough and let it cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, prepare the cream to fill in the Swiss roll.
