Danes smo pustili ob strani recepte za mafine s \u010dokolado, smetano ali drugimi dobrotami in se odlo\u010dili za <strong>slano razli\u010dico<\/strong>. Glavni del je sestavljen iz <strong>tune s skuto in beljaki<\/strong>. Verjetno ne boste presene\u010deni nad dejstvom, da so ti mufffini polni beljakovin. Uporabili smo tudi <strong>polnozrnato moko<\/strong>, da smo dosegli pravo konsistenco in optimalne vrednosti ogljikovih hidratov. Nato smo dodali le \u0161e nekaj za\u010dimb.
