Today we set aside recipes for muffins with chocolate, cream or other goodies and decided on a <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">savoury version.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;The main part consists of&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tuna with cottage and egg whites.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> You probably won&#8217;t be surprised that these muffins are <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">packed with protein.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> We also used wholemeal flour to achieve the right consistency and optimal carbohydrate values. Then we just added some spices.
