Ovaj put za vas smo pripremili specijalitet u obliku indonezijskih <strong>ra\u017enji\u0107a<\/strong>, poznatih i kao <strong>satay<\/strong>. U pitanju je marinirano meso pr\u017eeno na \u0161tapi\u0107u. To \u0107e zadr\u017eati njegov okus i so\u010dnost. Zatim ga umo\u010dite u <strong>pripremljeni umak<\/strong> i pojedite. Za satay smo odabrali umak od kikirikija koji se savr\u0161eno sla\u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/piletina-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">s piletinom<\/a>. Zatim pripremite <strong>marinadu.<\/strong> Uzmite zdjelu i pomije\u0161ajte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-kokosovo-mlijeko-vanavita.html\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosovo mlijeko<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosov \u0161e\u0107er<\/a><\/strong>, komadi\u0107 sitno naribanog <strong>\u0111umbira, pre\u0161ani \u010de\u0161njak, umak od soje, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-kurkuma-u-prahu-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">kurkumu<\/a> i curry u prahu.<\/strong> Stavite meso u marinadu, promije\u0161ajte i ostavite da odstoji u hladnjaku najmanje dva sata, najbolje preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je meso marinirano, mo\u017eete nastaviti s pripremom. Uzmite \u0161tapi\u0107e (mogu biti od drveta, nehr\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika ili drugog sigurnog materijala) i pa\u017eljivo probu\u0161ite <strong>piletinu<\/strong>. Ostavite male razmake izme\u0111u pojedinih komada kako bi se meso pravilno ispeklo. Zatim na vrelom <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/cisti-ghee-maslac-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">ghee maslacu<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;propr\u017eite meso na \u0161tapi\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim trebate pripremiti umak. Postupak je jednostavan. Pomije\u0161ajte sve sastojke <strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/100-maslac-od-kikirikija-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">maslac od kikirikija<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-kokosovo-mlijeko-vanavita.html\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosovo mlijeko<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosov \u0161e\u0107er<\/a>, umak od soje, umak sriracha i sok od limete)<\/strong>, a zatim razrijedite vodom po potrebi. Mo\u017eete koristiti mikser za stvaranje fine kremaste konzistencije.
