This time we tried to adjust the beef Stroganoff and make it<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;suitable for vegetarians.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;And we have to admit that it was a success. We replaced the meat with tempeh and used a plant-based alternative instead of the classic cream. That created a delicious and nutritious dish ideal for lunch or dinner. And can you imagine a fitness recipe without&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a solid amount of protein?<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Like us, you can increase the protein content thanks to the protein pasta, which we used as a side dish. Let&#8217;s get to this quick recipe together. Once you&#8217;re done, put it aside in a bowl. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of ghee to the same pan, heat and saut\u00e9 the finely chopped <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">onion.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Saut\u00e9 until golden, and then add the thinly sliced <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">mushrooms.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Stirring occasionally, simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add finely chopped <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pickles<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>tempeh<\/strong> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> tomato pur\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and let everything warm up for a while.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">vegetable broth or water<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;to the mixture as well. Put the lid on the pan and simmer together for about 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, add&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">plant-based cream&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;mustard<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;to the mixture and season with&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">salt and black pepper.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;You can also add any other of your favourite&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/seasonings\">spices<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;Finally, let Stroganoff simmer for a while, and you are ready to serve.
