Tentokr\u00e1t sme sa sna\u017eili upravi\u0165 hov\u00e4dz\u00ed stroganov tak, aby bol <strong>vhodn\u00fd aj pre vegetari\u00e1nov.<\/strong> A skromne mus\u00edme poveda\u0165, \u017ee sa n\u00e1m v\u00fdsledok naozaj podaril. M\u00e4so sme nahradili tempehom a namiesto klasickej smotany pou\u017eili jej rastlinn\u00fa alternat\u00edvu. V\u010faka tomu vznikol lahodn\u00fd a v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fd pokrm vhodn\u00fd ako obed \u010di ve\u010dera. No a \u010do by to bolo za fitness recept bez <strong>poriadnej porcie bielkov\u00edn?<\/strong> Ich podiel m\u00f4\u017eete rovnako ako my nav\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 v\u010faka prote\u00ednov\u00fdm cestovin\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 sme pou\u017eili ako pr\u00edlohu. Po\u010fte si t\u00fato r\u00fdchlovku uvari\u0165 doma aj vy. Na t\u00fa ist\u00fa panvicu prid\u00e1me zvy\u0161n\u00fa 1 PL gh\u00ed, rozp\u00e1lime a orestujeme na \u0148om <strong>cibu\u013eu,<\/strong> ktor\u00fa sme si dopredu nadrobno nasekali. Nech\u00e1me zosklovatie\u0165 a potom prid\u00e1me <strong>\u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3ny<\/strong> nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky. S ob\u010dasn\u00fdm premie\u0161an\u00edm spolo\u010dne restujeme asi 5 min\u00fat. Potom prid\u00e1me nadrobno nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 <strong>kysl\u00e9 uhorky, paradajkov\u00fd pretlak<\/strong> a v\u0161etko spolo\u010dne nech\u00e1me chv\u00ed\u013eu prehria\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do zmesi prilejeme aj <strong>zeleninov\u00fd v\u00fdvar alebo vodu.<\/strong> Na panvicu d\u00e1me pokrievku a na miernom ohni spolo\u010dne dus\u00edme asi 10 min\u00fat.
