V ich pr\u00edpade sa z nevinn\u00e9ho chudnutia \u010dasto st\u00e1va priorita \u010d\u00edslo jeden, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00e1\u017ene ohrozi\u0165 fyzick\u00e9 aj du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie. Neexistuje iba jeden druh poruchy pr\u00edjmu potravy, ale rovno nieko\u013eko. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich m\u00e1 svoje \u0161pecifik\u00e1, a preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zorientova\u0165 sa v typoch a pr\u00ed\u010din\u00e1ch t\u00fdch najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edch. Ide o<strong> v\u00e1\u017ene a potenci\u00e1lne \u017eivot ohrozuj\u00face psychick\u00e9 ochorenie<\/strong>. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1\u20133]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S\u00fa charakteristick\u00e9 <\/strong>poruchami spr\u00e1vania a nezdrav\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom k jedlu \u010di vlastn\u00e9mu telu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa prejavuj\u00fa odmietan\u00edm jedla, extr\u00e9mne n\u00edzkym energetick\u00fdm pr\u00edjmom<\/strong>, striedan\u00edm obdob\u00ed hladovania a prejedania sa alebo inou formou viac \u010di menej vedomej manipul\u00e1cie so stravou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>K tomu sa m\u00f4\u017ee prida\u0165 vyvol\u00e1vanie zvracania, zneu\u017e\u00edvanie laxat\u00edv<\/strong> (l\u00e1tky s preh\u00e1\u0148ac\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkom) alebo diuret\u00edk (odvod\u0148uj\u00face lieky).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch sa objavuje<\/strong> <strong>snaha o \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00fd v\u00fddaj <\/strong>prostredn\u00edctvom pohybu v priebehu d\u0148a a prehnan\u00e9 cvi\u010denie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010clovek s poruchou pr\u00edjmu potravy typicky \u017eije vo svojom vlastnom svete<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa to\u010d\u00ed prim\u00e1rne okolo jedla, chudnutia a vzh\u013eadu postavy. Rob\u00ed v\u0161etko pre to, aby nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom zapracoval na svojej postave, \u010do si \u010dasto sp\u00e1ja s v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou spokojnos\u0165ou, \u0161\u0165ast\u00edm a lep\u0161\u00edm spolo\u010densk\u00fdm postaven\u00edm. S t\u00fdm v\u0161ak vymenovanie pr\u00ed\u010din z\u010faleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. Ne\u00faspech v minulosti ich toti\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee privies\u0165 k extr\u00e9mnym di\u00e9tam a pr\u00edstupom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sme st\u00e1le v kalorickom deficite:<\/strong> U \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa dlhodobo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00fd v\u00fddaj, ako je pr\u00edjem, sa rovnako zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku PPP. V pr\u00edpade posadnutosti \u0161t\u00edhlos\u0165ou sa z prv\u00fdch schudnut\u00fdch k\u00edl m\u00f4\u017ee vyvin\u00fa\u0165 anorexia alebo in\u00e1 porucha pr\u00edjmu potravy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diskrimin\u00e1cia \u013eud\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou a body shaming:<\/strong> K vzniku por\u00fach pr\u00edjmu potravy prispieva takisto diskrimin\u00e1cia, \u0161ikana a odsudzovanie \u013eud\u00ed na z\u00e1klade ich vzh\u013eadu. To sa m\u00f4\u017ee objavi\u0165 ako v re\u00e1lnom \u017eivote, tak aj na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soci\u00e1lna izol\u00e1cia: <\/strong>Limitovan\u00fd kontakt s okol\u00edm, samota, nedostatok priate\u013eov a \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa o n\u00e1s zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4vodom vzniku PPP. \u010clovek m\u00f4\u017ee teda prostredn\u00edctvom PPP vy\u017eadova\u0165 pozornos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa mu nedost\u00e1va.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esteticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161porty a aktivity: <\/strong>Ak svoj \u010das tr\u00e1vime \u010dinnos\u0165ami, v ktor\u00fdch zohr\u00e1va vzh\u013ead alebo telesn\u00e1 hmotnos\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fa \u00falohu, m\u00e1me automaticky vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko vzniku PPP. \u0160t\u00edhlej\u0161ia postava sa v t\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch be\u017ene sp\u00e1ja s v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm \u00faspechom. Niekto ich m\u00f4\u017ee za\u010da\u0165 rie\u0161i\u0165 r\u00f4znymi di\u00e9tami, hladovan\u00edm \u010di prejedan\u00edm sa, z \u010doho sa m\u00f4\u017ee rozvin\u00fa\u0165 porucha pr\u00edjmu potravy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jedinci prech\u00e1dzaj\u00faci \u017eivotn\u00fdmi zmenami. <\/strong>M\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 strata bl\u00edzkej osoby, rozchod, zmena zamestnania alebo bydliska. Niektor\u00ed \u013eudia s\u00fa na tieto \u017eivotn\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy citlivej\u0161\u00ed ako in\u00ed. Existuj\u00fa v\u0161ak aj \u010fal\u0161ie ne\u0161pecifikovan\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 sa t\u00fdmto ochoreniam v mnoh\u00fdch oh\u013eadoch podobaj\u00fa. Doch\u00e1dza pri nej k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu <strong>obmedzeniu pr\u00edjmu stravy<\/strong>. \u013dudia, ktor\u00ed t\u00fdmto ochoren\u00edm trpia, dok\u00e1\u017eu zjes\u0165 napr\u00edklad len jedno jablko denne a niektor\u00e9 dni nejedia v\u00f4bec. K tomu sa v mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch prid\u00e1va aj ve\u013ek\u00fd v\u00fddaj energie prostredn\u00edctvom pohybu a cvi\u010denia. <strong>Typicky sa sna\u017eia za ka\u017ed\u00fa cenu dr\u017ea\u0165 ve\u013emi obmedzuj\u00facich pravidiel<\/strong> v jed\u00e1lni\u010dku aj cvi\u010debnom pl\u00e1ne, ktor\u00e9 si vytvorili. To v\u0161etko vedie k hlbok\u00e9mu kalorick\u00e9mu deficitu a v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zni\u017eovaniu hmotnosti. Podv\u00e1ha je n\u00e1sledne jedn\u00fdm z hodnotiacich krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pr\u00edtomnosti ment\u00e1lnej anorexie. Ak v anamn\u00e9ze ch\u00fdba, ochorenie sa ozna\u010duje <strong>ako atypick\u00e1 ment\u00e1lna anorexia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>K obmedzeniu pr\u00edjmu stravy sa tie\u017e \u010dasto prid\u00e1va <strong>strach z priberania, snaha o udr\u017eanie n\u00edzkej hmotnosti a skreslen\u00e9 vn\u00edmanie vlastn\u00e9ho tela<\/strong>. Okolie m\u00f4\u017ee postavu dan\u00e9ho \u010dloveka vn\u00edma\u0165 ako dostato\u010dne \u0161t\u00edhlu, av\u0161ak on s\u00e1m st\u00e1le na sebe pozoruje nedostatky. Napr\u00edklad svoje stehn\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee vidie\u0165 ako pr\u00edli\u0161 objemn\u00e9, aj ke\u010f je opak objekt\u00edvnou pravdou.
