Tentokr\u00e1t jsme se sna\u017eili upravit hov\u011bz\u00ed Stroganov tak, aby byl <strong>vhodn\u00fd i pro vegetari\u00e1ny.<\/strong> A skromn\u011b mus\u00edme \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se n\u00e1m v\u00fdsledek opravdu povedl. Maso jsme nahradili tempehem a m\u00edsto klasick\u00e9 smetany pou\u017eili jej\u00ed rostlinnou alternativu. D\u00edky tomu vznikl lahodn\u00fd a v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fd pokrm vhodn\u00fd jako ob\u011bd \u010di ve\u010de\u0159e. No a co by to bylo za fitness recept bez <strong>po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 porce b\u00edlkovin?<\/strong> Jejich pod\u00edl m\u016f\u017eete stejn\u011b jako my nav\u00fd\u0161it d\u00edky proteinov\u00fdm t\u011bstovin\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 jsme pou\u017eili jako p\u0159\u00edlohu. Poj\u010fte si tuto rychlovku doma tak\u00e9 uva\u0159it. Nech\u00e1me zesklovat\u011bt a pak p\u0159id\u00e1me <strong>\u017eampiony<\/strong> nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky. S ob\u010dasn\u00fdm prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm spole\u010dn\u011b restujeme asi 5 minut. Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me nadrobno nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 <strong>kysel\u00e9 okurky, raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak<\/strong> a v\u0161e spole\u010dn\u011b nech\u00e1me chv\u00edli proh\u0159\u00e1t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do sm\u011bsi p\u0159ilijeme i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tag\/zelenina-cs\/\" class=\"ek-link\">zeleninov\u00fd <\/a>v\u00fdvar nebo vodu.<\/strong> Na p\u00e1nev d\u00e1me pokli\u010dku a na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni spole\u010dn\u011b dus\u00edme asi 10 minut.
