Cel mai frecvent motiv pentru care oamenii fac mi\u0219care este de a ob\u021bine mas\u0103 muscular\u0103 sau un corp mai atr\u0103g\u0103tor. Cu toate acestea, beneficiile sportului sau ale unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 activ nu se termin\u0103 aici. Multe dintre acestea nu sunt imediat evidente, \u00eens\u0103 au <strong>un efect foarte pozitiv asupra corpului uman.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-ne-viditelnych-benefitov-fyzickej-aktivity\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_beneficii_invizibile_ale_activitatii_fizice\"><\/span>10 beneficii (in)vizibile ale activit\u0103\u021bii fizice<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Datorit\u0103 sportului, corpul uman poate <strong>face fa\u021b\u0103 mai eficient stresului cronic sau mental<\/strong>. Activitatea fizic\u0103 aduce multe beneficii, iar partea cea mai bun\u0103 este c\u0103 este gratuit\u0103. Tot ce trebuie s\u0103 face\u021bi este s\u0103 v\u0103 lua\u021bi ni\u0219te adida\u0219i, s\u0103 merge\u021bi la plimbare, s\u0103 alerga\u021bi sau s\u0103 face\u021bi c\u00e2teva flot\u0103ri sau genuflexiuni. Potrivit Institutului Na\u021bional de S\u0103n\u0103tate (INH), chiar \u0219i micile activit\u0103\u021bi, datorit\u0103 c\u0103rora trebuie s\u0103 v\u0103 deplasa\u021bi mai mult \u00een timpul zilei, pot fi de folos. Ignora\u021bi liftul \u0219i <strong>urca\u021bi<\/strong> <strong>sc\u0103rile<\/strong>. Hipertensiunea arterial\u0103 este, de asemenea, cel mai adesea asociat\u0103 cu obezitatea \u0219i problemele de greutate. Astfel, s-a descoperit c\u0103 primul grup are <strong>niveluri semnificativ mai sc\u0103zute de colesterol r\u0103u (LDL) \u0219i niveluri mai mari de colesterol bun (HDL)<\/strong>. Un alt studiu a concluzionat c\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile regulate de rezisten\u021b\u0103 sunt <strong>utile \u00een special pentru b\u0103rba\u021bii cu un colesterol HDL sc\u0103zut<\/strong>. Ultimul studiu pe care \u00eel vom aminti s-a concentrat pe persoanele care au alergat \u00een mod regulat. Astfel, s-a constatat c\u0103 <strong>cei care alergau mai mult de 50 de mile pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 aveau niveluri semnificativ mai bune de colesterol bun dec\u00e2t cei care alergau mai pu\u021bin de 10 mile pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103<\/strong>.
