Ide o marinovan\u00e9 m\u00e4so, ktor\u00e9 sa napich\u00e1 na \u0161paj\u013eu a orestuje. T\u00fdm si udr\u017e\u00ed svoju chu\u0165 a \u0161\u0165avnatos\u0165. Potom ho u\u017e len nam\u00e1\u010date do <strong>pripraven\u00e9ho dipu<\/strong> a m\u00f4\u017eete jes\u0165. My sme k satay zvolili ara\u0161idov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku, ktor\u00e1 sa ku kuraciemu m\u00e4su dokonale hod\u00ed. Potom sa pust\u00edme do <strong>marin\u00e1dy.<\/strong> Vezmeme si misku a v nej zmie\u0161ame <strong>kokosov\u00e9 mlieko,<\/strong> <strong>kokosov\u00fd cukor,<\/strong> k\u00fasok <strong>z\u00e1zvoru<\/strong> nastr\u00fahan\u00e9ho najemno, <strong>prelisovan\u00fd cesnak, s\u00f3jov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku, kurkumu a kari korenie.<\/strong> M\u00e4so do marin\u00e1dy vlo\u017e\u00edme, zamie\u0161ame a nech\u00e1me odle\u017ea\u0165 v chladni\u010dke aspo\u0148 dve hodiny, ide\u00e1lne ale cez noc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f je m\u00e4so odle\u017ean\u00e9, m\u00f4\u017eeme pokra\u010dova\u0165 v pr\u00edprave. V\u0161etky ingrediencie<strong> (ara\u0161idov\u00e9 maslo, kokosov\u00e9 mlieko, kokosov\u00fd cukor, s\u00f3jov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku, srirachu a \u0161\u0165avu z limetky)<\/strong> spolo\u010dne zmie\u0161ame a potom doriedime pod\u013ea potreby vodou. S mie\u0161an\u00edm si m\u00f4\u017eeme pom\u00f4c\u0165 mix\u00e9rom, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1m \u013eahko vytvor\u00ed jemne kr\u00e9mov\u00fa konzistenciu. No a m\u00e1me hotovo.
