m\u00e9n\u011b, v\u00edce sportujeme a m\u011bn\u00edme sv\u016fj celkov\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 k nepozn\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato cesta k vysn\u011bn\u00e9mu t\u011blu ale nen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st \u0159adu komplikac\u00ed i n\u00e1strah. Mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed je nastavit si opravdu re\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle a zvolit zdrav\u00fd zp\u016fsob pro jejich dosa\u017een\u00ed bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch extr\u00e9m\u016f. D\u00edky tomu se m\u016f\u017eeme do\u010dkat dlouhodob\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f bez negativn\u00edch dopad\u016f na t\u011blo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co se ale stane, kdy\u017e se touha po hezk\u00e9m t\u011ble stane posedlost\u00ed? <\/strong>O slovo se mohou p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy. V jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se z nevinn\u00e9ho hubnut\u00ed \u010dasto st\u00e1v\u00e1 priorita \u010d\u00edslo jedna, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ohrozit fyzick\u00e9 i du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. Neexistuje pouze jeden druh poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy, ale rovnou n\u011bkolik. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich pak m\u00e1 sv\u00e1 specifika, a proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zorientovat se v typech a p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1ch t\u011bch nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. U tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je dobr\u00e9 rozeznat varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly je\u0161t\u011b v z\u00e1rodku, co nejd\u0159\u00edve se obr\u00e1tit na odborn\u00edka, a p\u0159edej\u00edt tak v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_jsou_poruchy_prijmu_potravy\"><\/span>Co jsou poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy?<strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Porucha p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy (PPP) nen\u00ed jen odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddla z d\u016fvodu hubnut\u00ed nebo pubert\u00e1ln\u00ed rozmar, kter\u00fd se objev\u00ed ze dne na den. M\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt nevinn\u00fdm zhubnut\u00edm n\u011bkolika nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdch kil, kter\u00e9 se \u010dasem vymkne kontrole. Jedn\u00e1 se o<strong> v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed psychick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. <\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1\u20133]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jsou charakterizov\u00e1ny <\/strong>poruchami chov\u00e1n\u00ed a nezdrav\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem k j\u00eddlu i vlastn\u00edmu t\u011blu.<\/li><li><strong>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se projevuj\u00ed odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00edm j\u00eddla, extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem,<\/strong> st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm obdob\u00ed hladov\u011bn\u00ed a p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed nebo jinou formou v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b v\u011bdom\u00e9 manipulace se stravou.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>K tomu se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159idat vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zvracen\u00ed, zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed laxativ<\/strong> (l\u00e1tky s proj\u00edmav\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky) nebo diuretik (odvod\u0148ovac\u00ed l\u00e9ky).<\/li><li><strong>V \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se pak objevuje<\/strong> <strong>snaha o co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00fd v\u00fddej <\/strong>skrze pohyb v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne i p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010clov\u011bk s poruchou p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy typicky \u017eije ve sv\u00e9m vlastn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, <\/strong>kter\u00fd se to\u010d\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b okolo j\u00eddla, hubnut\u00ed a vzhledu postavy. D\u011bl\u00e1 v\u0161e pro to, aby n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zapracoval na sv\u00e9 postav\u011b, co\u017e si \u010dasto spojuje s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed spokojenost\u00ed, \u0161t\u011bst\u00edm a lep\u0161\u00edm spole\u010densk\u00fdm postaven\u00edm. M\u00e1 na sebe obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky a st\u00e1le chce dos\u00e1hnout sv\u00e9ho vysn\u011bn\u00e9ho ide\u00e1lu kr\u00e1sy. Po prvn\u00edch \u00fasp\u011b\u0161\u00edch p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed pochvaly a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 pozornost, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s jen ujist\u00ed v tom, \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1me spr\u00e1vn\u011b. A tak si je\u0161t\u011b ubereme v j\u00eddle a p\u0159id\u00e1me v tr\u00e9ninku, proto\u017ee m\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee tohle je ta jedin\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 cesta, jak dos\u00e1hnout sv\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. V\u0161e se ale m\u016f\u017ee vymknout kontrole a velmi snadno a rychle spadneme do nehezk\u00e9ho sv\u011bta poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina vzniku PPP se odhaluje velmi t\u011b\u017eko. Nem\u016f\u017ee za to jen hubnut\u00ed, proto\u017ee t\u00edm proch\u00e1z\u00ed denn\u011b spousta lid\u00ed a z velk\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161iny to nekon\u010d\u00ed takov\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my. <strong>Faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt t\u00edm potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem, existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. <\/strong>N\u011bkter\u00e9 maj\u00ed ko\u0159eny v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka a jin\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed v jeho vlastn\u00ed hlav\u011b. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4\u20135]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 jsou rizikov\u00e9 faktory pro vznik poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy?<strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou PPP m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dr\u017een\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch diet v minulosti, touha b\u00fdt ve v\u0161em nejlep\u0161\u00ed nebo snaha o zlep\u0161en\u00ed sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu, a to zejm\u00e9na v discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch, kde je kladen velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na vzhled a estetiku. S t\u00edm ale tento v\u00fd\u010det zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. Na propuknut\u00ed poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy se mohou pod\u00edlet tak\u00e9 biologick\u00e9, psychologick\u00e9 i soci\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4\u20135]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Biologick\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st ke vzniku poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>V okol\u00ed m\u00e1me \u010dlov\u011bka s PPP \u010di jin\u00fdm psychick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm:<\/strong> Pokud n\u00e1\u0161 rodi\u010d, sourozenec nebo jin\u00fd bl\u00edzk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fd trp\u00ed psychickou poruchou, zvy\u0161uje se i n\u00e1m riziko vzniku t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>M\u00e1me zku\u0161enost s \u0159adou diet: <\/strong>PPP se \u010dasto objev\u00ed u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed si ji\u017e v minulosti pro\u0161li \u0159adou diet s c\u00edlem zm\u011bny postavy. Nezdary v minulosti je toti\u017e mohou p\u0159iv\u00e9st k extr\u00e9mn\u00edm diet\u00e1m a p\u0159\u00edstup\u016fm.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Jsme po\u0159\u00e1d v kalorick\u00e9m deficitu:<\/strong> U lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00fd v\u00fddej, ne\u017e je p\u0159\u00edjem, se rovn\u011b\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku PPP. To se m\u016f\u017ee objevit i v obdob\u00ed intenzivn\u00edho r\u016fstu (puberta), jin\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed. Krom\u011b atypick\u00e9 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed anorexie, bulimie a z\u00e1chvatovit\u00e9ho p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed sem pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 purgativn\u00ed porucha. Ta je charakteristick\u00e1 <strong>opakovan\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed laxativ, diuretik a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm zvracen\u00ed s c\u00edlem ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<\/strong> Oproti bulimii u n\u00ed chyb\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem stravy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do t\u00e9to skupiny tak\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>syndrom no\u010dn\u00edho jeden\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed po ve\u010de\u0159i nebo jeden\u00ed uprost\u0159ed noci.<\/strong> To pak m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it sp\u00e1nek a v\u00e9st k p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, a\u017e obezit\u011b. Spojuje se s nimi \u0159ada zdravotn\u00edch rizik, a proto bychom na n\u011b nem\u011bli zapom\u00ednat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Bigorexie (muskul\u00e1rn\u00ed dysmorfie)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bigorexie je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 t\u00e9\u017e pod ozna\u010den\u00edm Adonis\u016fv komplex a b\u00fdv\u00e1 pova\u017eov\u00e1na za opak anorexie. Jedn\u00e1 se o psychickou poruchu, kter\u00e1 se objevuje \u010dast\u011bji u mu\u017e\u016f. V jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed bohu\u017eel v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 ani u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed anabolick\u00fdch steroid\u016f za \u00fa\u010delem r\u016fstu svalov\u00e9 hmoty. Po sn\u011bden\u00ed \u201czak\u00e1zan\u00e9ho\u201d j\u00eddla pak naopak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed pocit viny a \u00fazkosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk s ortorexi\u00ed <strong>konzumuje jen to, co s\u00e1m pova\u017euje za vhodn\u00e9<\/strong>, a m\u016f\u017ee tak m\u00edt velice omezen\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br potravin. Ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u010dasto vy\u0159azuje cel\u00e9 skupiny potravin, kter\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako nezdrav\u00e9 nebo \u0161kodliv\u00e9.
