My sme sa v\u0161ak dnes pustili rad\u0161ej do pr\u00edpravy sladkej dobroty. Na\u0161a vo\u013eba padla na talianske tiramisu, ktor\u00e9 si v\u00e1s z\u00edska svojou <strong>lahodnou sladkou chu\u0165ou s k\u00e1vov\u00fdmi t\u00f3nmi.<\/strong> Oproti origin\u00e1lnemu receptu sme v\u0161ak ubrali tuk, cukor a pridali v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo bielkov\u00edn. V\u00fdsledkom je lahodn\u00fd dezert, ktor\u00fd si m\u00f4\u017eete bez v\u00fd\u010ditiek u\u017ei\u0165 aj pri chudnut\u00ed. Za\u017eenie toti\u017e chute na sladk\u00e9, a navy\u0161e v\u00e1s spo\u013eahlivo zas\u00fdti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
