The result is a delicious dessert that you can enjoy without remorse even while losing weight. If it seems too thick, you can add <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">water.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Next, let&#8217;s start preparing the cream.
