Sklo\u0148uje se jejich vliv na imunitu, zdrav\u00ed, vzhled a dal\u0161\u00ed aspekty lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Je to sp\u00ed\u0161 naopak. <strong>Z\u00e1vis\u00ed na nich toti\u017e stovky metabolick\u00fdch reakc\u00ed, <\/strong>kter\u00e9 by se bez pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u016fbec neodehr\u00e1ly. Jsou toti\u017e nezbytn\u00e9 pro <strong>spr\u00e1vnou funkci metabolick\u00fdch p\u0159em\u011bn a reakc\u00ed <\/strong>v organismu. Stejn\u011b tak jsou ale popul\u00e1rn\u00ed tak\u00e9 mezi lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed z jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu vy\u0159azuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny potravin.
