Dnes sme si pre v\u00e1s pripravili tro\u0161ku in\u00fa verziu, ktor\u00e1 sa l\u00ed\u0161i hne\u010f v nieko\u013ek\u00fdch smeroch. Prvou z\u00e1sadnou zmenou je, \u017ee sme <strong>mlet\u00e9 m\u00e4so nahradili tempehom.<\/strong> V\u010faka tomu sa z bolonskej om\u00e1\u010dky razom stane poch\u00fa\u0165ka vhodn\u00e1 aj pre veg\u00e1nov. Druh\u00e1 zmena prebehla pri cestovin\u00e1ch. Mysleli sme toti\u017e aj na t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa sna\u017eia schudn\u00fa\u0165, ale nechc\u00fa si odpusti\u0165 <strong>poriadnu n\u00e1lo\u017e jedla.<\/strong> Klasick\u00e9 \u0161pagety sme preto nahradili <strong>n\u00edzkokalorick\u00fdmi cestovinami,<\/strong> ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa v 100 gramoch iba 7 kal\u00f3ri\u00ed.
