Tyto hodnoty m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt jako takov\u00fd <strong>odrazov\u00fd m\u016fstek p\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed kalori\u00ed. <\/strong>Neberte je ale jako n\u011bco pevn\u011b dan\u00e9ho. Sami uvid\u00edte, jak bude va\u0161e t\u011blo na dan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem reagovat. Takto se nestane, \u017ee byste n\u011bco zapomn\u011bli.
