Faktem je, \u017ee se tato aktivita st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b to bude t\u00edm, \u017ee v sob\u011b kombinuje nejen fyzick\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 psychick\u00e9 benefity. Pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed j\u00f3gy m\u016f\u017ee <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00farove\u0148 energie a vitality, ale tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161it flexibilitu a s\u00edlu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho dok\u00e1\u017ee<strong> p\u0159isp\u011bt k lep\u0161\u00edmu zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu. Proto jsme se dnes rozhodli pod\u00edvat se na ni od z\u00e1klad\u016f. Jej\u00ed n\u00e1zev poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze sanskrtsk\u00e9ho slova \u201eyuj\u201c, co\u017e v p\u0159ekladu znamen\u00e1 sjednocen\u00ed nebo spojen\u00ed se.
