Dnes jsme si pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ipravili tro\u0161ku jinou verzi, kter\u00e1 se vymyk\u00e1 hned v n\u011bkolika sm\u011brech. Prvn\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bnou je, \u017ee jsme <strong>mlet\u00e9 maso nahradili tempehem. <\/strong>D\u00edky tomu se z bolo\u0148sk\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky r\u00e1zem stane pochoutka vhodn\u00e1 i pro vegany. Druh\u00e1 zm\u011bna prob\u011bhla u t\u011bstovin. Mysleli jsme toti\u017e i na ty, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed zhubnout, ale necht\u011bj\u00ed si odpustit <strong>po\u0159\u00e1dnou n\u00e1lo\u017e j\u00eddla. <\/strong>Klasick\u00e9 \u0161pagety jsme proto nahradili <strong>n\u00edzkokalorick\u00fdmi t\u011bstovinami,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed ve 100 gramech jen 7 kalori\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu si m\u016f\u017eete i v diet\u011b dop\u0159\u00e1t pln\u00fd tal\u00ed\u0159 t\u00e9to dobroty.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
