Z jednoduchej pr\u00edpravy vznikne skuto\u010dne<strong> lahodn\u00fd pokrm pln\u00fd netradi\u010dn\u00fdch chut\u00ed a v\u00f4n\u00ed<\/strong>. My sme sa rozhodli pod\u00e1va\u0165 ju s quinoou namiesto tortilly a so seitanom namiesto m\u00e4sa. A rozhodne sme ne\u0161liapli ved\u013ea. Vyk\u00fazlili sme takto pokrm<strong> bohat\u00fd na bielkoviny a komplexn\u00e9 sacharidy<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017eete jes\u0165 tepl\u00fd alebo si ho v krabi\u010dke vzia\u0165 so sebou do pr\u00e1ce. Skvele toti\u017e chut\u00ed aj za studena. \u010eal\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee m\u00e1 <strong>n\u00edzky obsah tuku<\/strong>. Jednoducho ho tak do svojho jed\u00e1lni\u010dka napasujete aj v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee sa sna\u017e\u00edte schudn\u00fa\u0165.
