Vykouzlili jsme tak pokrm<strong> bohat\u00fd na b\u00edlkoviny a komplexn\u00ed sacharidy,<\/strong> kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete j\u00edst tepl\u00fd nebo si ho s sebou vz\u00edt do pr\u00e1ce v krabi\u010dce. Skv\u011ble toti\u017e chutn\u00e1 i za studena. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee m\u00e1 <strong>n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah tuku.<\/strong> Snadno ho tak do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku napasujete i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edte zhubnout.
