Take <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a Hokkaido pumpkin<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, wash it and&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">cut<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;it in half. Leave the skin on the pumpkin. There is no need to peel or cut it off yet.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hollow out the seeds<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;from both halves. Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place the pumpkin on it (the part with peel should be up). Put the sheet with the pumpkin in an oven&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">preheated to about 180 \u00b0C and bake until soft.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;It takes about<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;30\u201345 minutes<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;(depending on the size of the pumpkin). After baking, peel the pumpkin and&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">blend the flesh into a fine pur\u00e9e.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;If it seems too watery, cook it on the stove until you get a thicker consistency.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And now you can start preparing <strong>gnocchi.<\/strong> Take <strong>the pur\u00e9e<\/strong> and add <strong>the yolk<\/strong>. Cook until <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">they float to the surface.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then start <strong>preparing the sauce.<\/strong> First, take <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-tofu-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>tofu<\/strong><\/a> and dry it with a paper towel to get rid of excess water. Then <strong>cut it into smaller pieces<\/strong> and season with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">pepper<\/a>.<\/strong> You can also add any of your favourite spices. Then heat the pan,<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"> spray it with oil<\/a>,<\/strong> add <strong>tofu,<\/strong> and <strong>saut\u00e9 until golden.<\/strong> Gradually add <strong>baby spinach, plant-based cream<\/strong> and then<strong> gnocchi.<\/strong> Let it all combine. In the end, add <strong>the delicate yeast, salt, pepper, and fresh basil leaves<\/strong> cut into smaller pieces beforehand. That&#8217;s it.
