Me\u0111utim, ako se ti negativni osje\u0107aji javljaju prili\u010dno \u010desto, morate se uvjeriti u to da isto tako postoje i mnogi razlozi za sre\u0107u i da niste sami ako se osje\u0107ate lo\u0161e. Mnogi ljudi pate od psihi\u010dkih problema koji mogu pogor\u0161ati njihove \u017eivotne situacije. Dobar primjer je pandemija COVID-19 koja je prouzrokovala svojevrsnu dru\u0161tvenu izolaciju. Ljudi su zatvoreni u ku\u0107i zbog \u010dega mogu imati razne negativne misli i osje\u0107ati se usamljenima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponekad se mo\u017eete izgubiti u moru obaveza i tako zaboraviti brinuti o sebi, \u0161to vas postepeno mo\u017ee \u010diniti nesretnijima. Svrha ovog \u010dlanka je pomo\u0107i vam shvatiti da uvijek postoje pozitivne stvari na koje se mo\u017eete usredoto\u010diti bez obzira u kakvoj se \u017eivotnoj situaciji nalazite. Sljede\u0107i savjeti sigurno vas ne\u0107e u\u010diniti najsretnijom osobom na svijetu, no oni vam mogu <strong>pomo\u0107i misliti pozitivnije \u010dak i u te\u0161kim situacijama<\/strong>, \u0161to u kona\u010dnici mo\u017ee rezultirati osje\u0107ajem sre\u0107e i boljim mentalnim zdravljem koje je usko povezano s fizi\u010dkim zdravljem. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Niste_sami\"><\/span>Niste sami<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema podacima iz statistike, psihi\u010dke bolesti relativno su \u010desta pojava. U SAD-u od njih boluje gotovo <strong>svaka peta odrasla osoba<\/strong>. One uklju\u010duju mnogo razli\u010ditih stanja koja se razlikuju po svojoj ozbiljnosti. Statistike SZO-a u Europi nisu ni\u0161ta bolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema podacima SZO-a,<strong>25 % stanovni\u0161tva svake godine pati od depresije ili anksioznosti. <\/strong>Polovica ovih stanja identificirano je kao uzrok kroni\u010dne mu\u010dnine. Oko 50 % stanja depresije u Europi uop\u0107e se ne lije\u010di. Tro\u0161kovi lije\u010denja ostalih 50 % stanja iznosi oko <strong>170 milijardi eura godi\u0161nje. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2\u2013\u20603]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_za_vas_znaci_sreca\"><\/span>\u0160to za vas zna\u010di sre\u0107a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imate li svoju definiciju sre\u0107e? Ve\u0107ina ljudi ne vjeruje da im je potrebna slu\u017ebena definicija ovih osje\u0107aja. Pojam \u201esre\u0107a\u201d \u010desto se koristi <strong>za opisivanje raznih pozitivnih emocija<\/strong>. U praksi to mogu biti <strong>radost, ponos, zadovoljstvo ili zahvalnost<\/strong>. Sre\u0107a nije nu\u017eno glavni cilj \u017eivota, no ona <strong>donosi niz prednosti koje mogu pozitivno utjecati na njegovu kvalitetu<\/strong>. <strong>Na primjer,<\/strong> <strong>sretni ljudi su uspje\u0161niji u nekoliko podru\u010dja kao \u0161to su brak, posao ili me\u0111uljudski odnosi<\/strong>. Imaju vi\u0161e prijatelja, bolju podr\u0161ku okoline i lak\u0161e prolaze kroz \u017eivot jer optimizam ubla\u017eava bol, tugu i negativne misli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga, sretni ljudi imaju pozitivan u\u010dinak na druge. Vi\u0161e se smiju i poti\u010du druge da prona\u0111u ono u \u010demu u\u017eivaju. <strong>Vje\u017ebaju, zdravije se hrane i zadovoljni su onim \u0161to imaju bez da zavide drugima,<\/strong> a obi\u010dno su i produktivniji i energi\u010dniji. Svi ti aspekti odra\u017eavaju se na kvalitetu njihovog \u017eivota, \u0161to rezultira ne samo boljim mentalnim ve\u0107 i fizi\u010dkim zdravljem. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_nacina_da_budete_sretniji\"><\/span>10 na\u010dina da budete sretniji<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada znate \u0161to bi vam sre\u0107a trebala zna\u010diti i na kakve na\u010dine mo\u017ee biti korisna za kvalitetu va\u0161eg \u017eivota. Ako je \u017eelite maksimalno iskoristiti, u nastavku donosimo nekoliko savjeta i na\u010dina da budete sretni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">1. Budite zahvalni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S vremena na vrijeme <strong>osvrnite se na sve \u0161to imate u \u017eivotu i budite zahvalni na tim stvarima<\/strong>. Na ovaj \u0107ete na\u010din zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ati svoje raspolo\u017eenje. Jedno je istra\u017eivanje pokazalo da zahvalnost bolje doprinosi dobrom raspolo\u017eenju od nekih drugih vrlina kao \u0161to su strpljenje ili samokontrola. Osim toga, zahvalnost ima zna\u010dajan u\u010dinak na osje\u0107aj nadanja ili sre\u0107e. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovu vrlinu mo\u017eete u\u010diniti sastavnim dijelom svog \u017eivota tako da <strong>svako jutro prepoznate jednu stvar na kojoj ste zahvalni.<\/strong> Tijekom dana poku\u0161ajte obratiti pa\u017enju na sve \u0161to je dobro u va\u0161em \u017eivotu. To mogu biti vrlo bitne stvari poput <strong>dobrog zdravlja i \u010dinjenice da vas netko voli <\/strong>ili pak da imate krov nad glavom. Me\u0111utim, mo\u017eete biti zahvalni i na malim stvarima kao \u0161to je \u0161alica kave koju vam je ponudio kolega na poslu ili pak na kratkom razgovoru s nekom vama bliskom osobom. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">2. Bavite se tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/trening-doma\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Tjelesna aktivnost<\/strong><\/a> mo\u017ee biti jedan od naju\u010dinkovitijih na\u010dina da budete sretniji. \u010cak i <strong>minimalno zahtjevna tjelovje\u017eba osloba\u0111a kemikalije u mozgu koje mogu pobolj\u0161ati va\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje. <\/strong>Te su kemikalije uglavnom endorfini koje s pravom zovemo hormonima sre\u0107e i upravo su oni razlog za\u0161to mnogi ljudi u\u017eivaju u tom <strong>nevjerojatnom osje\u0107aju sre\u0107e nakon neke tjelesne aktivnost<\/strong>i. Trening vam tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da bolje spavate i imate vi\u0161e energije. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[11]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici su tako\u0111er istra\u017eivali vezu izme\u0111u tjelesne aktivnosti i mentalnog zdravlja tako da su jednu skupinu pacijenata s depresijom lije\u010dili lijekovima, drugu tjelovje\u017ebom i tre\u0107u skupinu kombinacijom lijekova i tjelovje\u017ebe. Iako su sve tri skupine na po\u010detku pokazale sli\u010dno pobolj\u0161anje razine sre\u0107e, zaklju\u010dak istra\u017eivanja bio je doista zanimljiv. Skupine pacijenata ponovno su testirane \u0161est mjeseci kasnije kako bi se prou\u010dili dugoro\u010dni rezultati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do 38 % sudionika koji su uzimali samo lijekove ponovno je palo u depresiju. Ne\u0161to bolja bila je skupina koja je uzimala lijekove i bavila se tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u s rezultatom od 31 %. <strong>Skupina koja je lije\u010dila depresiju isklju\u010divo tjelovje\u017ebom pokazala je najbolje rezultate. Mo\u017eete poku\u0161ati vje\u017ebati s prijateljem ili svoj trening u\u010diniti ugodnijim uz motivacijsku glazbu. Da biste maksimalno iskoristili prednosti vje\u017ebanja, <strong>trebali biste<\/strong> <strong>svaki tjedan<\/strong> <strong>provesti najmanje 150 minuta na aktivnostima umjerenog intenziteta<\/strong>.
