Add <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">lukewarm water<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and create<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a sticky dough.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Once you&#8217;re done, put it into a bowl and smear it with one tablespoon of <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" class=\"ek-link\">olive oil<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth and <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">leave it to rise<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in a warm place.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After <strong>about an hour and a half,<\/strong> the dough will double in volume. You can continue with the process. Take it out of the bowl and place it on <strong>a baking sheet<\/strong> (we used a size of 36 x 27 cm) lined with baking paper. Then smear it with a second spoon of<strong> olive oil<\/strong> and spread it all over the sheet using your fingers. Put it aside again and let it <strong>rise for 30 minutes.<\/strong> Then gently push <strong>olives<\/strong> cut into halves and pieces of <strong>cherry tomatoes<\/strong>&nbsp;into your focaccia.
