Tam v\u00e1s sice m\u00edsto koup\u00e1n\u00ed v tepl\u00e9m mo\u0159i \u010dek\u00e1 jen ochlazovac\u00ed baz\u00e9nek, zato m\u00e1 ale \u0159adu jin\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Milovn\u00edci saunov\u00e1n\u00ed mi jist\u011b potvrd\u00ed, \u017ee jim<strong> st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed tepla a chladu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nejen relaxovat, ale tak\u00e9 podpo\u0159it imunitu nebo sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost. <\/strong>Pro\u010d je vlastn\u011b sauna zdrav\u00e1, jak\u00e9 jsou jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky a pravidla? Jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka jsou toti\u017e <strong>nejv\u00edce prozkouman\u00e9 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ji vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. <\/strong>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed typy saun, se kter\u00fdmi se m\u016f\u017eete setkat, pak pat\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba parn\u00ed, tropick\u00e1, bio nebo infrasauna. Ty sice mohou nab\u00eddnout podobn\u00e9 benefity, ale maj\u00ed sv\u00e1 specifika, o kter\u00fdch si pov\u00edme v\u00edce n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Finskou saunu si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edstavit jako m\u00edstnost s d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdm oblo\u017een\u00edm a lavicemi, kter\u00e1 je vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e1 na teplotu (60\u2013120 \u00b0C). T\u00e9 je dosa\u017eeno d\u00edky kamn\u016fm na d\u0159evo nebo elektriku. Kamna jsou pak pokryt\u00e1 \u017ehav\u00fdmi kameny, kter\u00e9 se pol\u00e9vaj\u00ed vodou zejm\u00e9na pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed vlhkosti a teploty vzduchu v m\u00edstnosti.<strong> P\u0159i pobytu v saun\u011b tak vlivem tepla doch\u00e1z\u00ed k vysok\u00e9mu pocen\u00ed.<\/strong> Do sauny se tak chod\u00ed bez plavek a jak\u00e9hokoliv oble\u010den\u00ed. Typicky m\u016f\u017eete vz\u00edt prost\u011bradlo, kter\u00e9 se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b z hygienick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f pro pohlcen\u00ed potu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkolikaminutov\u00fd pobyt v hork\u00e9 saun\u011b (5\u201315 minut) se pak st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 s f\u00e1z\u00ed ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed v ledov\u00e9 spr\u0161e, baz\u00e9nu nebo jez\u00edrku. A nen\u00ed se \u010demu divit. Ve sv\u011bt\u011b toti\u017e neexistuje st\u00e1t s bohat\u0161\u00ed tradic\u00ed t\u00e9to relaxa\u010dn\u00ed aktivity. <strong>Samotn\u00e9 slovo sauna dokonce poch\u00e1z\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b z fin\u0161tiny.<\/strong> D\u0159evem oblo\u017een\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti s krbem a hork\u00fdmi kameny v podob\u011b, jakou zn\u00e1me nyn\u00ed, opravdu nejv\u00edce proslavili obyvatel\u00e9 t\u00e9to zem\u011b. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echen kredit za vyn\u00e1lez saun si ale nemohou p\u0159ipsat pouze Finov\u00e9. Zm\u00ednky o horkovzdu\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1zn\u00edch toti\u017e najdeme u\u017e v historii \u0158ek\u016f, \u0158\u00edman\u016f nebo Arab\u016f. <strong>Ji\u017e v dob\u00e1ch starov\u011bku lid\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvali s\u00edlu nah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdch kamen\u016f, kter\u00e9 pol\u00e9vali vodou a posed\u00e1vali v jejich bl\u00edzkosti.<\/strong> Pobyt v tepl\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nevyu\u017e\u00edvali pouze pro relaxaci, ale tak\u00e9 t\u00edm l\u00e9\u010dili \u0159adu nemoc\u00ed. Nav\u00edc se \u010dasto jednalo o nejsteriln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstnost v budov\u011b, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se pou\u017e\u00edvala i jako porodnice. Krom\u011b toho v n\u00ed prob\u00edhaly i n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 a jin\u00e9 ritu\u00e1ly. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b to bylo m\u00edsto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch spole\u010densk\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3\u20134]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se u\u017e sice v saun\u011b nerod\u00ed, ale jej\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fd a odpo\u010dinkov\u00fd v\u00fdznam z\u016fstal aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed. <strong>St\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed saunu nav\u0161t\u011bvuje v r\u00e1mci relaxace, podpory regenerace i socializace. <\/strong>D\u00edky sv\u00fdm pozitivn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm a \u0161irok\u00e9 oblib\u011b je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed wellness center, baz\u00e9n\u016f i posiloven. Spousta lid\u00ed se pak m\u016f\u017ee pochlubit tak\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed saunou. D\u00edky nim pak dok\u00e1\u017eete tolerovat i teplotu okolo 100 \u00b0C. V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se za\u010dne zvy\u0161ovat teplota va\u0161eho t\u011bla (b\u011b\u017en\u011b a\u017e na 39 \u00b0C). P\u0159i saunov\u00e1n\u00ed pak nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny, se kter\u00fdmi se m\u016f\u017eete setkat tak\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci sportovn\u00edch aktivit.
