Ty si dochut\u00edme podle sv\u00fdch preferenc\u00ed <strong>s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dkou. <\/strong>Nech\u00e1me si rozp\u00e1lit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1nev, kterou si post\u0159\u00edk\u00e1me <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/sprej-na-vareni-canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olejem ve spreji<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Na n\u011bm orestujeme ze v\u0161ech stran <strong>ochucen\u00e9 kousky tempehu.<\/strong> To n\u00e1m zabere p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>8 minut.<\/strong> Pak tempeh sund\u00e1me z p\u00e1nve. Tentokr\u00e1t na n\u011bm budeme restovat <strong>cibuli,<\/strong> kterou p\u0159edt\u00edm zapr\u00e1\u0161\u00edme <strong>mexick\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm. <\/strong>A\u017e m\u00e1 lehce zlatavou barvu, p\u0159id\u00e1me <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/red-kidney-beans-in-brine-auga.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>fazole<\/strong><\/a><strong>, kuku\u0159ici, papriku i cherry raj\u010data. <\/strong>Spole\u010dn\u011b restujeme asi <strong>3 minuty. <\/strong>Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me i <strong>p\u0159ipraven\u00fd tempeh a uva\u0159enou quinou.<\/strong> Restujeme spole\u010dn\u011b celou sm\u011bs dal\u0161\u00ed 3 minuty, aby se v\u0161echny chut\u011b propojily.
