Tko u malom prstu ima ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota, s lako\u0107om i samopouzdanjem prolazi du\u017e linije. No, ako netko pretjerano dugo posve\u0107uje vi\u0161e energije poslu i zanemaruje svoj osobni \u017eivot, potrebe i hobije, definitivno pada na stranu. Tada je samo pitanje vremena kada \u0107e potpuno pasti u ponor totalne iscrpljenosti i sindroma izgaranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali ako ve\u0107 dugo osje\u0107ate da ne pridajete dovoljno pa\u017enje obitelji, niste u stanju dr\u017eati korak sa svojim hobijima ili vam se sve misli vrte oko posla za koji ste ve\u0107 \u017ertvovali ne samo desetke sati sna, ve\u0107 tako\u0111er i rad na svojoj vitkoj gra\u0111i, te je ipak <strong>mo\u017eda do\u0161lo vrijeme da preispitate stanje vlastite ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u posla i \u017eivota.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravnote\u017ea izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota mo\u017ee biti poreme\u0107ena brojnim \u010dimbenicima. <strong>Mo\u017eda ste nedavno promijenili posao ili ste unaprije\u0111eni, a imate vi\u0161e zadu\u017eenja i obveza s kojima raste odgovornost.<\/strong> Ali uzrok mo\u017ee potjecati i iz va\u0161eg osobnog \u017eivota. Slabiji radni u\u010dinak i manja produktivnost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U po\u010detku \u0107ete se mo\u017eda dobro sna\u0107i na poslu, \u010dak i ako <strong>zanemarite odmor i svoje osobne potrebe, poput spavanja i dru\u017eenja s ljudima koji su vam bliski.<\/strong> Kako ka\u017eu, na sve se nekako navikne\u0161. Me\u0111utim, s vremenom mo\u017eete osjetiti umor, frustraciju, gubitak motivacije i nemogu\u0107nost da tako nastavite. Vi\u0161a razina stresa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju da se na poslu previ\u0161e toga doga\u0111a, svaki dan radite prekovremeno i nemate vremena za opu\u0161tanje kako treba, vjerojatno \u0107ete biti pod stalnim stresom. Sindrom izgaranja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada vam je posao prioritet i posvetite mu sav svoj trud i energiju, to na kraju mo\u017ee dovesti do sindroma izgaranja. Lo\u0161 san<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod spavanja je va\u017eno voditi ra\u010duna o njegovoj kvaliteti, ali i trajanju. Prekomjerna te\u017eina ili pretilost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ne radite fizi\u010dki kao gra\u0111evinski radnik i sjedite i jedete ve\u0107inu vremena tijekom dana, vjerojatno \u0107ete se po\u010deti debljati. Tome mo\u017ee doprinijeti i brza prehrana, koja uzrokuje dodatni kalorijski vi\u0161ak i debljanje. Pad tjelesne kondicije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cjelodnevno sjedenje za ra\u010dunalom i nedostatak vremena za sport s vremenom \u0107e uzeti svoj danak u vidu lo\u0161e tjelesne kondicije. Ako odbijete ve\u010deru s prijateljima po tko zna koji put, vjerojatno se vi\u0161e ne\u0107ete \u010duti s njima. Sport, gledanje filmova i druge popularne aktivnosti doimaju se tako dalekima odnosno rijetko se doga\u0111aju.
