Medzi jej pr\u00edznaky okrem suchosti v \u00fastach a sm\u00e4du patr\u00ed aj tmav\u00fd mo\u010d (tmavo\u017elt\u00e1 a\u017e oran\u017eov\u00e1 farba) a zhor\u0161en\u00e9 mozgov\u00e9 funkcie napr\u00edklad v podobe hor\u0161ieho s\u00fastredenia. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u010faka \u010dastej\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1v\u0161tev\u00e1m toalety tak viac str\u00e1cate aj d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 elektrolyty, ako je sod\u00edk,<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/magnezium\" class=\"ek-link\"> hor\u010d\u00edk<\/a>, drasl\u00edk alebo v\u00e1pnik.<\/strong> Tie sa podie\u013eaj\u00fa na udr\u017ean\u00ed optim\u00e1lnej hydrat\u00e1cie, ale aj na spr\u00e1vnej funkcii svalov, nervov, srdca a mozgu. V odb\u00faran\u00ed alkoholu existuj\u00fa dokonca aj rasov\u00e9 rozdiely. Len tak pre zauj\u00edmavos\u0165, poruchu alebo zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fa tvorbu ALDH m\u00e1 zhruba 50 % popul\u00e1cie \u017eij\u00facej v oblasti v\u00fdchodnej \u00c1zie. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Na organizmus ale bohu\u017eia\u013e maj\u00fa podobne toxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky ako etanol. <strong>Z toho d\u00f4vodu sa s ich obsahom \u010dasto sp\u00e1ja hor\u0161\u00ed priebeh opice.<\/strong> Teda typicky v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia boles\u0165 hlavy, nevo\u013enos\u0165 alebo \u00fanava. Pokia\u013e ste to niekedy prehnali s pit\u00edm rumu, brandy, whisky alebo ko\u0148aku, pravdepodobne viete, o \u010dom je re\u010d.
