U v\u011bt\u0161iny z n\u00e1s to ale \u010dasto t\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpitkem zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. <strong>Vesel\u00e1 n\u00e1lada a propa\u0159en\u00e1 noc si pak r\u00e1no bohu\u017eel za\u010dne vyb\u00edrat svou da\u0148. <\/strong>Lehk\u00e1 mal\u00e1tnost po r\u00e1nu, bolest hlavy a neskute\u010dn\u00e1 \u017e\u00edze\u0148 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projevy. Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky pak pat\u0159\u00ed \u00fanava, bolest hlavy, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fd \u017ealudek a n\u011bkdy se mohou objevit i lehk\u00e9 v\u00fdpadky pam\u011bti, kter\u00e9 pak mus\u00ed dopl\u0148ovat dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci ve\u010d\u00edrku. Co za t\u00edm stoj\u00ed a pro\u010d m\u00e1me kocovinu? <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Dehydratace a nerovnov\u00e1ha elektrolyt\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alkohol m\u00e1 schopnost sni\u017eovat hladinu antidiuretick\u00e9ho hormonu (ADH). Ten pak zp\u016fsobuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed vody ledvinami,<strong> co\u017e vede k nutnosti \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy toalety.<\/strong> Kdy\u017e vypijete nap\u0159\u00edklad 250ml koktejl s 50 g alkoholu, m\u016f\u017eete \u010dekat, \u017ee va\u0161e t\u011blo vylou\u010d\u00ed asi 600\u20131000 ml mo\u010di. Pokud alkoholick\u00e9 drinky sem tam neprolo\u017e\u00edte i n\u011bjak\u00fdm nealkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem, dehydratace v\u00e1s nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nemine. Mezi jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky pak krom\u011b suchosti v \u00fastech a \u017e\u00edzn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed i tmav\u00e1 mo\u010d (tmav\u011b \u017elut\u00e1 a\u017e oran\u017eov\u00e1 barva) a zhor\u0161en\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 funkce t\u0159eba v podob\u011b hor\u0161\u00edho soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00edky \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u00e1m toalety tak v\u00edce ztr\u00e1c\u00edte i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 elektrolyty, jako je sod\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, drasl\u00edk nebo v\u00e1pn\u00edk. <\/strong>Ty se pod\u00edl\u00ed na udr\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hydratace, ale tak\u00e9 na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkci sval\u016f, nerv\u016f, srdce a mozku. Odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O vylou\u010den\u00ed alkoholu (ethanol) z t\u011bla se staraj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na na\u0161e j\u00e1tra. Jejich bu\u0148ky toti\u017e produkuj\u00ed enzym, kter\u00fd se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 alkoholdehydrogen\u00e1za (ADH). <strong>Ten spou\u0161t\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bnu ethanolu na acetaldehyd, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na organismus toxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. <\/strong><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acetaldehyd tak m\u016f\u017eeme ozna\u010dit za hlavn\u00edho vin\u00edka bolesti hlavy, nevolnosti a dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f kocoviny.<\/strong> Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsme vybaveni dal\u0161\u00edm enzymem \u2013 acetaldehyd dehydrogen\u00e1zou (ALDH), kter\u00fd se postar\u00e1 o jeho rozklad na neaktivn\u00ed kyselinu octovou. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 ale maj\u00ed vlivem genetick\u00e9 odchylky sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost produkce enzym\u016f ADH a ALDH. <strong>Acetaldehyd tak typicky h\u016f\u0159e odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee projevit na celkov\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed toleranci alkoholu. <\/strong>Mo\u017en\u00e1 i vy m\u00e1te zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd je po jednom pan\u00e1ku zna\u010dn\u011b veselej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e zbytek skupiny. V odbour\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu existuj\u00ed dokonce i rasov\u00e9 rozd\u00edly. Jen tak pro zaj\u00edmavost, poruchu nebo sn\u00ed\u017eenou tvorbu ALDH m\u00e1 zhruba 50 % populace \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v oblasti v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pit\u00ed alkoholu na la\u010dn\u00fd \u017ealudek&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejsp\u00ed\u0161 jste u\u017e taky od n\u011bkoho sly\u0161eli starou zn\u00e1mou pou\u010dku: <em>\u201e<\/em><em>Po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se najez, ne\u017e za\u010dne\u0161 p\u00edt.<\/em><em>\u201c<\/em> Pokud jste jeho radu poslechli, dost mo\u017en\u00e1 mu m\u016f\u017eete pod\u011bkovat za p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed r\u00e1no. Zr\u00e1dn\u00e9 kongenery&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kongenery jsou l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdm alkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1poj\u016fm typickou chu\u0165 a v\u016fni. Na organismus ale bohu\u017eel maj\u00ed podobn\u011b toxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jako ethanol. <strong>Z toho d\u016fvodu se s jejich obsahem \u010dasto spojuje hor\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh kocoviny. <\/strong>Tedy typicky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bolest hlavy, nevolnost nebo \u00fanava. Pokud jste to n\u011bkdy p\u0159ehnali s pit\u00edm rumu, brandy, whisky nebo ko\u0148aku, dost mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edte, o \u010dem je \u0159e\u010d. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto n\u00e1poje maj\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch kongener\u016f. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[6\u20137]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Zhor\u0161en\u00e1 kvalita sp\u00e1nku<strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00fd a ni\u010d\u00edm neru\u0161en\u00fd sp\u00e1nek je asi posledn\u00ed v\u011bc, kterou byste po bujar\u00e9 noci \u010dekali. P\u0159i odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu v organismu vznikaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 mohou zp\u016fsobit oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres.
