Dober primer je pandemija COVID-19, ki je prinesla socialno izolacijo. Statisti\u010dni podatki SZO iz Evrope niso ni\u010d bolj\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po teh statisti\u010dnih podatkih vsako leto <strong>za depresijo ali anksioznostjo trpi 25 % prebivalstva<\/strong>. Kar polovica teh stanj je opredeljena kot vzrok kroni\u010dne slabosti. Pribli\u017eno 50 % depresij v Evropi sploh ni zdravljenih. Stro\u0161ki zdravljenja druge polovice zna\u0161ajo pribli\u017eno <strong>170 milijard evrov na leto<\/strong>. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2\u2013\u20603]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_za_vas_pomeni_sreca\"><\/span>Kaj za vas pomeni sre\u010da?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali imate svojo definicijo sre\u010de? Ve\u010dina ljudi meni, da ne potrebuje uradne opredelitve teh ob\u010dutkov. Veste, kdaj se po\u010dutite sre\u010dni, in ta izraz se pogosto uporablja za opis razli\u010dnih pozitivnih \u010dustev. V praksi so to lahko na primer <strong>veselje, ponos, zadovoljstvo ali hvale\u017enost<\/strong>.
