Sada u nekim zemljama \u010dak postoji i niz odobrenih lijekova koji sadr\u017ee CBD koji se prepisuju osobama koje pate od bolova. Jedna studija je pokazala da CBD mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati aktivnost odre\u0111enog endokanabinoida, anandamida. Prema istra\u017eivanjima, CBD utje\u010de na aktivnost neurotransmitera glutamata i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/gaba-120-kaps-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">gama aminomasla\u010dne kiseline<\/a>(GABA). U oba slu\u010daja, istra\u017eiva\u010di su uo\u010dili <strong>u\u010dinak na dijelove mozga koji su povezani s kognitivnim procesima<\/strong> (pa\u017enja, pam\u0107enje, obrada informacija). <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[17]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Povoljni u\u010dinci CBD-a na rad mozga tako\u0111er mogu biti posljedica njegovih <strong>neuroprotektivnih u\u010dinaka.<\/strong> Mo\u017ee djelovati kao <strong>za\u0161tita \u017eiv\u010danih stanica<\/strong> od o\u0161te\u0107enja i starenja. Ovdje CBD mo\u017ee biti od pomo\u0107i. Vjerojatno je to zahvaljuju\u0107i njegovom pozitivnom u\u010dinku na kvalitetu sna koji je neophodan za oporavak. Jo\u0161 jedan dio cjelokupnog mozaika su njegova <strong>protuupalna svojstva. Studije su pokazale da mo\u017ee smanjiti bolove napregnutih mi\u0161i\u0107a nakon vje\u017ebanja.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[19\u201320]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednoj od tih studija, istra\u017eiva\u010di su usporedili u\u010dinak samog MCT ulja i MCT ulja oboga\u0107enog sa 16 mg CBD-a na bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima nakon vje\u017ebanja (<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/8-nacina-za-brzi-oporavak-nakon-treninga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">DOMS<\/a> &#8211; odgo\u0111ena mi\u0161i\u0107na bol). <strong>Sporta\u0161i koji su primali ulje s CBD-om nakon vje\u017ebanja primijetili su rezultate u vidu smanjene boli u 24, 48 i 72 sata od skupine koja je primala \u010disto MCT ulje.<\/strong> U praksi to bi moglo ubrzati vrijeme do sljede\u0107eg treninga bez neugodne boli ili uko\u010denosti mi\u0161i\u0107a uklju\u010duju\u0107i DOMS. Konkretan mehanizam iza ovih rezultata nije sasvim jasan, prema autorima studije. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[21]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolji oporavak \u0107e, izme\u0111u ostalog, pobolj\u0161ati atletske performanse i pomo\u0107i u sprje\u010davanju ozljeda. Aktivni pojedinci tako\u0111er mogu imati koristi od uporabe CBD-a u smislu <strong>podr\u0161ke njihovom mentalnom zdravlju i radu mozga<\/strong> koji su jednako va\u017eni za kvalitetnu izvedbu kao i sna\u017eni mi\u0161i\u0107i.
