Te snovi na splo\u0161no imenujemo<strong> kanabinoidi<\/strong>, CBD pa je drugi najbolj raz\u0161irjen kanabinoid v konoplji. Vendar za razliko od THC-ja <strong>nima psihoaktivnih u\u010dinkov<\/strong> in po trenutnih raziskavah ne povzro\u010da odvisnosti. Njegove lastnosti so bolj verjetno povezane s terapevtskimi nameni, zlasti za pomo\u010d pri <strong>bole\u010dinah, simptomih depresije ali anksioznosti in motnjah spanja<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Uporaba CBD-ja urejajo nacionalni zdravstveni organi. Vsaka dr\u017eava ima lahko nekoliko druga\u010den na\u010din dovoljenj za njegovo uporabo. Vendar, standard je namenjen uporabi izvle\u010dka industrijske konoplje, ki ima <strong>minimalno vsebnost THC 0,2-0,3%<\/strong>, v komercialno dostopnih izdelkih. To je spro\u017eilo val \u0161tudij, testiranj in raziskav za \u0161ir\u0161o uporabo v naslednjih letih. Tako med raziskanimi podro\u010dji CBD <strong>laj\u0161a bole\u010dine, vnetja, multiplo sklerozo in epilepsijo.<\/strong> \u010ceprav so rezultati teh \u0161tudij videti obetavni, to \u0161e ni dovolj za potrditev 100-odstotne u\u010dinkovitosti CBD-ja. Znanstveniki \u0161e vedno potrebujejo \u0161tevilne odgovore na vpra\u0161anja o ustreznih odmerkih ali u\u010dinkih pri dolgotrajni uporabi. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Ko so strokovnjaki iskali odgovore na to, kaj se skriva za izjemnimi lastnostmi CBD-ja, so ugotovili, da se lahko ve\u017ee na<strong> endokanabinoidni sistem<\/strong> v mo\u017eganih. Prav tako lahko<strong> pozitivno vpliva in izbolj\u0161a razli\u010dna podro\u010dja na\u0161ega vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja<\/strong>. Iz katerih razlogov se najpogosteje uporablja CBD in kak\u0161na znanost stoji za tem?<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Izbolj\u0161a spanec<\/h3>\n\n<p>Te\u017eave s spanjem lahko znatno zmanj\u0161ajo kakovost \u017eivljenja. O tem lahko povedo ljudje, ki trpijo zaradi tak\u0161nih te\u017eav. Pogosto i\u0161\u010dejo na\u010dine, kako jih prepre\u010diti in si zagotoviti bolj kakovosten spanec. CBD je lahko re\u0161ilna bilka. V obeh primerih so raziskovalci opazili<strong> u\u010dinek na dele mo\u017eganov, ki so povezani s kognitivnimi procesi <\/strong>(pozornost, spomin, obdelava informacij).<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [17]<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Ugodni u\u010dinki CBD-ja na delovanje mo\u017eganov so lahko tudi posledica njegovih <strong>nevroprotektivnih u\u010dinkov<\/strong>. Lahko deluje kot <strong>za\u0161\u010dita \u017eiv\u010dnih celic<\/strong> pred po\u0161kodbami in staranjem. Verjetno zahvaljujo\u010d njegovemu pozitivnemu u\u010dinku na kakovost spanca, ki je bistvenega pomena za okrevanje. \u0160e en del celotnega mozaika so njegove <strong>protivnetne lastnosti.<\/strong> <strong>\u0160tudije so pokazale, da lahko zmanj\u0161a bole\u010dino napetih mi\u0161ic po vadbi.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[19\u201320]<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>V eni od teh \u0161tudij so raziskovalci primerjali u\u010dinek samega MCT olja in olja MCT obogatenega s 16 mg CBD, na bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah po vadbi (<a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/8-nacinov-za-hitro-okrevanje-po-treningu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">DOMS<\/a> \u2013 Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). <strong>\u0160portniki, ki so po vadbi prejemali olje s CBD, so opazili ni\u017eje rezultate bole\u010dine po 24, 48 in 72 urah kot skupina, ki je prejemala \u010disto MCT olje.<\/strong> V praksi bi to lahko pospe\u0161ilo \u010das naslednjega treninga brez neprijetnih bole\u010din ali togosti mi\u0161ic, vklju\u010dno z DOMS.
