Pokud ale podobn\u00e9 pocity m\u00edv\u00e1te \u010dast\u011bji, je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee v\u017edy existuj\u00ed d\u016fvody k radosti. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v tom nejste sami. Mnoho lid\u00ed mohou tr\u00e1pit psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce stup\u0148uj\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed situace. P\u0159\u00edkladem je i pandemie COVID-19, kter\u00e1 p\u0159inesla soci\u00e1ln\u00ed izolaci. Lid\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto zav\u0159en\u00ed doma, kde mohou za\u017e\u00edvat pocity samoty, se kter\u00fdmi se poj\u00ed i r\u016fzn\u00e9 negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jindy jsme zase ve v\u00edru povinnost\u00ed, kdy zapom\u00edn\u00e1me na sebe, s \u010d\u00edm\u017e se postupn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee pojit pocit, \u017ee jsme tak n\u011bjak m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. C\u00edlem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku je pomoci v\u00e1m uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee v\u017edy existuj\u00ed pozitiva, na kter\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017eete soust\u0159edit bez ohledu na to, v jak\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci se pr\u00e1v\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00edte. O nic l\u00e9pe na tkdom nejsou ani statistiky WHO, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Evropy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle nich <strong>trp\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd rok depres\u00ed nebo \u00fazkost\u00ed 25 % populace.<\/strong> A\u017e polovina t\u011bchto stav\u016f je ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina chronick\u00e9 nevolnosti. Zhruba 50 % depres\u00ed se v Evrop\u011b v\u016fbec nel\u00e9\u010d\u00ed. A\u010dkoliv v\u0161echny skupiny zaznamenaly na za\u010d\u00e1tku podobn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byl z\u00e1v\u011br studie. Sledovan\u00e9 skupiny byly op\u011bt testov\u00e1ny o \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pozd\u011bji, aby se zjistilo, jak se jim da\u0159\u00ed v dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Z t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed se l\u00e9\u010dili l\u00e9ky, sklouzlo zp\u011bt do deprese a\u017e 38 %. Kombinovan\u00e1 skupina byla na tom o n\u011bco l\u00e9pe s v\u00fdsledkem 31 %. Nejl\u00e9pe dopadla <strong>skupina, kter\u00e1 si l\u00e9\u010dila depresi cvi\u010den\u00edm.
