V\u00edte, jak by v zim\u011b mohl dopadnout b\u011bh bez n\u011bj? Za p\u00e1r kilometr\u016f byste se zpotili, oble\u010den\u00ed by neodv\u00e1d\u011blo vlhkost a nejsp\u00ed\u0161 by v\u00e1m byla zima. Odvod potu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schopnost oble\u010den\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u011bt pot <\/strong>je jednou z t\u011bch nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed pro sportovce. Za\u017eili jste n\u011bkdy tr\u00e9nink v tri\u010dku, kter\u00e9 tohle neum\u00ed?
