Av\u0161ak jak\u00fdkoliv typ onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit ztr\u00e1tu chuti k j\u00eddlu, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u00e9st k nedostatku \u017eivin. Pr\u00e1v\u011b b\u011bhem nemoci je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 na\u0161e t\u011blo nakopnout, proto je <strong>konzumace spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch potravin<\/strong> kl\u00ed\u010dem k n\u00e1vratu zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Infekce horn\u00edch a doln\u00edch d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest<\/strong> nen\u00ed v bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed nic neobvykl\u00e9ho. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9kem proti nemoc\u00edm, jako jsou r\u00fdma, ch\u0159ipka nebo nachlazen\u00ed, je prevence. Co ale d\u011blat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, <strong>\u017ee v na\u0161em t\u011ble<\/strong> <strong>nemoc ji\u017e propukla<\/strong>? Krom\u011b dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku a \u010dasu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho na l\u00e9\u010dbu je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 tak\u00e9 <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 strava<\/strong>. Na\u0161e chu\u0165ov\u00e9 receptory nepracuj\u00ed na pln\u00e9 obr\u00e1tky a m\u00e1me tendenci opustit od b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f. Pro\u010d je tomu tak?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edznakem ch\u0159ipky a nachlazen\u00ed je <strong>\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta \u010dichu<\/strong>. Chutn\u00fd v\u00fdvar nebo \u010derstv\u00e1 brokolice na tal\u00ed\u0159i n\u00e1m u\u017e tolik jako obvykle nevon\u00ed. Tato &#8220;dieta&#8221; n\u00e1m ale v boji proti nemoci nepom\u016f\u017ee. V m\u00edstnostech s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed vlhkost\u00ed a such\u00fdm vzduchem jsou bakterie z kap\u00e9nek p\u0159i k\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed schopn\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt del\u0161\u00ed dobu. <strong>Pravideln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pobyt ve vnit\u0159n\u00edch prostorech proto zvy\u0161uje riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong> Z\u00e1rove\u0148 plat\u00ed, \u017ee v interi\u00e9rech intenzivn\u011b \u010del\u00edme bakteri\u00edm, proto\u017ee se \u010dast\u011bji dot\u00fdk\u00e1me v\u011bc\u00ed, jako jsou kliky na dve\u0159\u00edch nebo kl\u00e1vesnice u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Viry se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed rychleji<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jste u\u017e sly\u0161eli a nebude pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee zimn\u00ed obdob\u00ed &#8220;p\u0159eje&#8221; vir\u016fm. Odborn\u00edci to od\u016fvod\u0148uj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>lipidov\u00fd profil viru p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch tvrdne.<\/strong> To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je <strong>virus odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, a proto je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee n\u00e1s napadne v zim\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Do fitness centra se tak brzy nedostaneme a mus\u00edme odlo\u017eit tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 pokusy a snahy zhubnout.
