holiday<\/strong> for us, and even though we are no longer that children, <strong>we can remind ourselves of that joy!<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">That is why we have prepared <strong>a fitness version of a traditional bread pudding with apples<\/strong> for you!<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">It is <strong>full of protein and contains a minimum amount of fat.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\">We probably don&#8217;t have to tell you more, <strong>let&#8217;s bake.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">30 g of <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/walnuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Then add a layer of <strong>grated apples, crushed farmer&#8217;s cheese, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ceylon-cinnamon-powder-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cinnamon<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/walnuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">walnuts<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong>continue <\/strong>until all the ingredients are used up finishing with a layer of <strong>apples and farmer&#8217;s cheese.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\"><strong>Bake<\/strong> for <strong>30 minutes at 185 \u2103.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"6\">Meanwhile, use mixer to whisk<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/liquid-egg-whites-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">egg whites<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">xylitol<\/a> and a pinch of salt <\/strong>until the mixture is <strong>stiff. <\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"7\">After 30 minutes of baking, <strong>use the meringue topping to cover the pudding<\/strong> and bake for <strong>10 more minutes at 170 \u2103.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\"
