Jo\u0161 niste \u010duli ni za jednu od njih? Ne brinite, to nije japanska \u010darolija od koje \u0107e vam narasti jo\u0161 jedna ruka. Ovo su nazivi <strong>ljekovitih gljiva<\/strong> koje va\u0161em tijelu mogu biti korisne na mnogo na\u010dina. Nije ni \u010dudo \u0161to su u posljednje vrijeme sve popularnije. Pozabavimo se njima kako bismo bolje razumjeli \u0161to su one i promotrimo pobli\u017ee \u0161to o njima ka\u017ee znanost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_su_ljekovite_gljive\"><\/span>\u0160to su ljekovite gljive?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jestive ljekovite gljive ili medicinske gljive spadaju u takozvanu <strong>funkcionalnu hranu.<\/strong> Svaki sastojak hrane koji <strong>pozitivno utje\u010de na neke tjelesne funkcije<\/strong> mo\u017ee se smatrati funkcionalnim. Te zdravstvene prednosti tada prema\u0161uju nutritivnu vrijednost hrane. <strong>To mo\u017ee biti pove\u0107anje odre\u0111enog fiziolo\u0161kog odgovora ili, obrnuto, smanjenje rizika od bolesti.<\/strong> Ljekovite gljive definitivno zadovoljavaju ove kriterije. Osim slasnog okusa, \u010desto se isti\u010du i sadr\u017eajem <strong>antioksidansa, polisaharida i drugih bioaktivnih spojeva<\/strong> s neospornim pozitivnim djelovanjem na organizam. Pogledajmo zajedno najpopularnije ljekovite gljive. Reishi &#8211; gljiva besmrtnosti koja mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati stani\u010dni imunitet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reishi&nbsp;<em>(Ganoderma lucidum)<\/em><\/strong> je gljiva porijeklom iz Azije, koju mo\u017eda poznajete i kao <strong>lingzhi.<\/strong> To je tamna gljiva drvenaste strukture koja ima sjajnu povr\u0161inu. Obi\u010dno se nalazi na umiru\u0107im stablima ili panjevima. Na kineskom, njezino se ime povezuje s <strong>duhovnom snagom,<\/strong> besmrtno\u0161\u0107u, uspjehom, blagostanjem i dugovje\u010dno\u0161\u0107u. U pro\u0161losti je ova gljiva bila dostupna uglavnom u <strong>bogatom privilegiranom kineskom dru\u0161tvu<\/strong>, no danas je mnogo dostupnija u raznim oblicima.<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [3\u20134] [90]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to sadr\u017ei reishi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u0107i dio ove gljive je<strong>&nbsp;voda (do 90 %).<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, njezin sastav tako\u0111er uklju\u010duje ugljikohidrate, proteine i masti. Me\u0111utim, reishi je izme\u0111u ostalog tako\u0111er poznat i po svom sadr\u017eaju&nbsp;<strong>bioaktivnih spojeva<\/strong>&nbsp;koji uklju\u010duju&nbsp;<strong>terpenoide, steroide, fenole i nukleotide.<\/strong> Glavnina u\u010dinaka reishija je zahvaljuju\u0107i njima. Velika prednost proteina gljiva je i njihov sadr\u017eaj esencijalnih aminokiselina, posebice <strong>lizina i leucina.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Polisaharide, peptidoglikane i triterpene<\/strong> smatramo trima glavnim fiziolo\u0161ki aktivnim komponentama u reishiju. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4\u20137]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kakve u\u010dinke ima reishi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog svog sadr\u017eaja polisaharida, reishi se mo\u017ee odlikovati <strong>protuupalnim, antioksidativnim, hipoglikemijskim i imunostimuliraju\u0107im u\u010dincima.<\/strong> Mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u stabilizaciji razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemije) i podr\u017eati tjelesni obrambeni mehanizam. Me\u0111utim, tripteni sadr\u017eani u gljivi tako\u0111er imaju ulogu, jer su tako\u0111er povezani s pove\u0107anom otporno\u0161\u0107u organizma na bolesti. Me\u0111utim, polisaharidi i tripteni sadr\u017eani u reishiju tako\u0111er imaju niz drugih u\u010dinaka. Treba napomenuti da je<strong>&nbsp;ekstrakt otprilike 10 puta ja\u010di od same gljive<\/strong>. 5 g ekstrakta dakle odgovara pribli\u017eno 50 g cijele gljive. Raste na trulim stablima, a mo\u017eda je poznajete i kao<strong> crnu \u0161umsku gljivu<\/strong>. Ima sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0161ir tipi\u010dnog promjera 5 &#8211; 10 cm. No, na njezinoj povr\u0161ini mogu se pojaviti i svjetliji i nepravilni dijelovi. Shiitake se isti\u010de mesnato\u0161\u0107u i bogatim okusom, zbog \u010dega se kao hrana koristi stotinama godina, posebno u Aziji. Njezino ime na kineskom zna\u010di <strong>&#8220;mirisna gljiva&#8221;<\/strong>, a posebno se u pro\u0161losti smatrala eliksirom \u017eivota.<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"> [91]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to shiitake sadr\u017ei?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Shiitake ima <strong>visok sadr\u017eaj vlakana.<\/strong> Osim toga, sadr\u017ei ugljikohidrate, proteine i malu koli\u010dinu masti. Od aktivnih sastojaka ipak ne smijemo zaboraviti spomenuti <strong>terpenoide, sterole i lipide<\/strong> koji imaju mnogo pozitivnih u\u010dinaka.
