P\u0159e\u010dtete si, <strong>co zp\u016fsobuje nedostatek testosteronu, jak\u00e9 jsou jeho p\u0159\u00edznaky, <\/strong>a jak&nbsp;<strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it hladinu tohoto hormonu&nbsp;<\/strong>pro celkov\u00e9 udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_testosteron\"><\/span>Co je testosteron<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Testosteron <\/strong>je v prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b&nbsp;<strong>hormon<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je pro zdrav\u00ed mu\u017ee velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd a net\u00fdk\u00e1 se pouze plodnosti \u010di mno\u017estv\u00ed sval\u016f. Krom\u011b toho nen\u00ed testosteron \u010dist\u011b lidsk\u00fd hormon, proto\u017ee ho maj\u00ed i zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Stanovit, kolik mu\u017e\u016f m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00fd testosteron, sice nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9, ale dosavadn\u00ed informace tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>celkov\u011b jde o 2,1% mu\u017e\u016f,&nbsp;<\/strong>tud\u00ed\u017e 2 mu\u017ei ze 100 maj\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee. Mus\u00edme v\u0161ak br\u00e1t v \u00favahu i jejich v\u011bk. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>mlad\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f&nbsp;<\/strong>je to asi&nbsp;<strong>1%,&nbsp;<\/strong>ale u star\u0161\u00edch mu\u017e\u016f&nbsp;<strong>nad 80 let <\/strong>m\u00e1 tento probl\u00e9m&nbsp;<strong>asi 50%.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5] [6] [8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmavou informac\u00ed je, \u017ee <strong>nedostatek testosteronu&nbsp;<\/strong>se vyskytuje <strong>\u010dast\u011bji u ob\u00e9zn\u00edch mu\u017e\u016f.&nbsp;<\/strong>Podle v\u00fdzkum\u016f byla n\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina testosteronu zji\u0161t\u011bna u <strong>6,4% mu\u017e\u016f s optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed, <\/strong>nedostatek testosteronu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u0161ak a\u017e <strong>30% ob\u00e9zn\u00edch mu\u017e\u016f. <\/strong>Podobn\u011b je to v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>cukrovk\u00e1\u0159\u016f,&nbsp;<\/strong>kdy jin\u00fd v\u00fdzkum deklaruje, \u017ee <strong>p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dtvrt\u00fd diabetik&nbsp;<\/strong>m\u00e1 i&nbsp;<strong>n\u00edzkou hladinu testosteronu. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b se pt\u00e1te, jak\u00e9 jsou <strong>optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty testosteronu&nbsp;<\/strong>a kdy se u\u017e testosteron hodnot\u00ed jako n\u00edzk\u00fd.&nbsp;Za&nbsp;<strong>horn\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hranici&nbsp;<\/strong>se pova\u017euje <strong>1000 a\u017e 1200 nanogram\u016f na decilitr.&nbsp;<\/strong>Za&nbsp;<strong>spodn\u00ed hranici <\/strong>se pova\u017euje <strong>300 nanogram\u016f.&nbsp;<\/strong>Podle&nbsp;<strong>Americk\u00e9 urologick\u00e9 asociace <\/strong>se za n\u00edzkou hladinu pova\u017euj\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>hodnoty pod 300 nanogram\u016f. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6] [9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak zjist\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo testosteronu? Zam\u011b\u0159te se na <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00edme v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erektiln\u00ed probl\u00e9my a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed touha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladina testosteronu se m\u016f\u017ee projevit&nbsp;<strong>men\u0161\u00ed chut\u00ed na sex, <\/strong>kter\u00e1 se sice p\u0159irozen\u011b&nbsp;<strong>sni\u017euje v\u011bkem,&nbsp;<\/strong>ale u lid\u00ed s&nbsp;<strong>ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm testosteronem je mnohem v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. <\/strong>Dal\u0161\u00edm znakem je&nbsp;<strong>probl\u00e9m s erekc\u00ed,&nbsp;<\/strong>za kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee redukovan\u00e1 tvorba&nbsp;<strong>oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho&nbsp;<\/strong>ve tk\u00e1ni penisu, kterou stimuluje pr\u00e1v\u011b testosteron. Pro \u00faplnost, <strong>erektiln\u00ed dysfunkce <\/strong>nen\u00ed d\u016fsledkem pouze&nbsp;<strong>n\u00edzk\u00e9ho testosteronu, <\/strong>ale i&nbsp;<strong>vysok\u00e9ho cholesterolu, vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku, stresu a \u00fazkosti,&nbsp;<\/strong>nebo konzumace&nbsp;<strong>alkoholu a kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span class=\"tadv-color\">[7]<\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deprese a emo\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdkyvy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokles chuti na sex je v podstat\u011b tak\u00e9 spjat s emocemi, ale krom\u011b n\u00ed se n\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina testosteronu m\u016f\u017ee projevit v emo\u010dn\u00ed rovin\u011b i <strong>depres\u00ed a smutkem. <\/strong>Testosteron m\u00e1 dopad na&nbsp;<strong>emo\u010dn\u00ed regulaci, <\/strong>proto p\u0159\u00edznaky jeho nedostatku mohou b\u00fdt i <strong>\u00fanava, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost&nbsp;<\/strong>a zmi\u0148ovan\u00e1 nechu\u0165 na sex.
